420K SF Of Victory Park Neighborhood Sold To Asana Partners
A large swath of Dallas' Victory Park neighborhood is now in the hands of a new owner, Asana Partners.
HFF negotiated the sale of 421K SF of retail and office space inside Victory Park to Charlotte-based Asana Partners in an off-market transaction launched by seller Estein USA.
HFF marketed the property on behalf of Estein USA with Senior Managing Directors Ryan Shore, Barry Brown and Chris Gerard working up the deal.
Victory Park is a highly trafficked mixed-use development at the intersection of Uptown and Downtown Dallas. The neighborhood is close to the W Hotel, the House of Blues, the Dallas Mavericks and the Dallas Stars.
Victory Park and surrounding areas also house 3,500 apartments, 1.5M SF of office space, numerous fitness outlets and retailers.

We are confident that Asana Partners will perform as well as an experienced owner of urban retail assets,” Victory Park Vice President and Estein USA Chief Operating Officer Lance Fair said. “Victory Park is the most urban, walkable retail and entertainment district in the DFW area.”
Asana Partners, a retail real estate company, invests in high-growth U.S. markets, including Dallas.
Asana is already active in Downtown's Deep Ellum District, having acquired approximately 44 buildings in the area.
