Pinstripes Bringing Upscale Entertainment Concept To Shops At Clearfork
Dale Schwartz, founder and CEO of Pinstripes, an upscale bowling, bocce and Italian-American dining entertainment concept, is bringing his concept to Texas, and he is putting the first one in the Shops at Clearfork.
The first-ever Pinstripes in Texas will open its doors to the public on April 7 in the buzzy Fort Worth development, the Dallas Business Journal reports.
Venture Commercial Real Estate Chief Experience Officer Larry Leon has been in charge of finding locations for Pinstripes nationally.
“Our master broker [Leon] has been looking at locations all over the country. We already have eight open, and Fort Worth is No. 9, Cleveland this summer will be No. 10, Houston will follow that, San Francisco in 2019. Our master broker is based in Dallas, and I’d been looking at sites all over greater Dallas, as well as Houston, Austin, San Antonio, for over 10 years now. The environment has been quite receptive to Pinstripes but equally receptive to developers, whether it’s the Clearfork project in Fort Worth or some of the other projects elsewhere in Texas,” Schwartz told the DBJ.
Frisco is also on the list of places to receive a Pinstripes, but that is a few years off, according to Schwartz.
