ABOUT THE ASSET

The International was built in 1949 and was originally home to International Harvester’s parts warehouse. In 2005, it pivoted to providing showroom space for local and national brands as well as creative design firms.

Located at the intersection of Turtle Creek Boulevard and Irving Boulevard, the asset features white-box showroom and creative office space boasting open floor plans, high ceilings and ample natural light.

There is 26K SF of showroom space available, with suites ranging from 1,600 SF to 7,500 SF.

About The Neighborhood

While the Dallas Design District started as a place for showrooms and warehouses in the 1950s, it has since transformed into a vibrant, bustling live-work-play community. The district encompasses high-end apartments, Class-A offices and a lively local retail scene where locals and visitors can explore myriad shops, restaurants, art galleries, showrooms and more.

The Dallas Design District plans to continue flourishing and is increasing its connectivity into the districts adjacent to the Trinity River. Pedestrians and bikers will soon gain access to the Hi Line Connector, a mile-long urban trail that stretches from the Katy Trail to the Trinity Strand Trail, running through the Design District and Victory Park.
