Concrete Poured For Housing Project For Tenants With Special Needs

Here is the concrete ready to pour in the podium deck of the Saint Francis Apartments at Cathedral Square in the Capitol Hill neighborhood.
Developed by the St. Francis Center and BlueLine Development and built by Alliance Construction, the 50-unit property will shelter both the chronically homeless and individuals with an array of challenges, including mental illness, physical or developmental disabilities, addiction and victims of domestic violence.
