BGC Offers More Clues To Frederick Ross Pricing

How much did BGC Partnersthe parent company of Newmark Knight Frankpay to acquire Frederick Ross Co last year? Weve been given more clues to pricing by studying BGCs recent SEC filing. The company reports that year-end acquisition costs for three companies--including Frederick Ross, Philly-based Smith Mack brokerage firm, and muni bonds dealer Wolfe & Hurst--totaled $24.5M.
