CBRE Tapped To Sell Vail Hotel

Speaking of hotel listings, CBRE Hotels' Larry Kaplan picked one from out-of-state. He's selling Park City Peaks Hotel, a 131-room full-service hotel in the resort town of, you guessed it, Park City, Utah. Larry says the market's "high barrier to entry" could attract a national brand to take over the property. (When we go to clubs, there's a high barrier to us getting in. Perhaps this is also a good thing?)
