CHERRY CREEK OFFICE WON'T SELL AFTER REO
November 15, 2012
The lender that now owns Cherry Creek Business Center—which houses the offices of D enver Public Schools—has decided to hold on to the asset until further leasing is accomplished. |
Trepp reports that the 141k SF flex property went back to Wells Fargo in September over an $11M loan. LNR Partners was the special servicer but could not be reached for comment. This is the latest REO in Denver that Trepp has been tracking (among more than $200M in struggling CMBS assets here), capped by the massive Marketplace at Northglenn we reported last week. Joining the public school system at the 66%-occupied center is the offices for Highline Academy. |
