We have more details on the Hilton Garden Inn Denver Tech Center sale. According to SEC docs filed by Chatham Lodging Trust, the company paid $27.9M for the 180-room hotel. "The acquisition of the Denver Hilton Garden will be the company's first hotel under the Hilton Garden Inn brand," officials state. And in another Tech Center hotel sale update, Mesa West Capital was the one who funded a $42M loan to JMI Realty for its $60M purchase of the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center, which tallies 451 rooms and 30k SF of function space.
