| Newmark Grubb Knight Frank has grabbed 17-year property management vet Dan Simpson from CBRE to manage and oversee the performance of NGKF’s more than 7M SF Denver portfolio. Dan tells us NGKF sees some opportunity to grow its third-party management business given the changes in ownership among the office and industrial buildings here in recent months. He says landlords do have one focus in this economic climate, and that's reducing expenses. |
