Rosemont Realty has made a world of a trade. The company officially announced today that it acquired the twin tower, 770k SF Denver World Trade Center for an undisclosed sum. The towers, which are more than 95% leased, include such tenants as Noble Energy, Schlumberger, KeyBank and Resolute Energy Corp. With Rosemonts buy of the 165k SF Cole Center in Golden last year, the firm has amassed more than 1M SF across the region.
