And in late-breaking news, Austin-based World Class Capital Group bought a distressed retail center in Thornton. WCCG picked up Huron Plaza, a 110SF grocery-anchored center from Capmark Finance, which took back the property after a foreclosure. Price was undisclosed, but WCCGs CEO Nate Paul says, We plan to strategically acquire several million square feet of additional retail centers.
