The rapid bacterial testing designer announced in SEC filings that it extended its 6,400 SF laboratory at 7000 North Broadway in Denver through Feb. 1, taking its occupancy beyond its initial September expiration. Etkin Johnson Group’s Ryan Good leases the 100k SF facility for the landlord. |
