More Classic Suites Coming To Denver
The new Woolleys Classic Suites now under way at Gateway Office Park in Aurora is the companys debut hotel in a new chain. (They should add lobby retail that only sells classic wool suits.) And it may not be Denvers last.
Woolley EVP Robert WoolleyII tells us his new 187-unit suites hotel in Denver is scheduled to open in the spring 2014. Denvers high volume of business and vacation travelers made this a desirable location, Robert tells us. Strong markets, such as Denver, may have more than one of our hotels." The firm is actively evaluating and looking at locations for its next site; Denver is under consideration.
Heres a rendering of the new all-suites hotel. Robert says Woolleys Classic Suites will pursue both vacationers with high-quality amenities at a more attractive price than some of our competitors. and business clientele seeking small to mid-sized meeting space (with a 5,000 SF flex conference center). We think there is a void of hotels that cater to this type of clientele, and we are looking to make this our niche and specialty. While in the early stages of the first hotel, Robert says the company plans to develop up to 15 Classic Suites over the next several years in fast-growing markets like Austin, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Des Moines, and Seattle. (They cannot promise that the finished product will involve that much purple concrete.)
