A full performance training center. A medical laboratory. A 96-seat theater. The Sports Authority Field at Mile High? Nope. It's the HQ for dietary supplement maker MusclePharm. (Beach season is upon us, folks.) The company leases 30k SF at 4721 Ironton St in Denver, and in recent SEC filings, it details how its lease is set to expire in December 2015. No word if the company plans to renew or scout for new space. The report says it pays $13,500/month over the course of the 65-month term.
