NEW KID ON THE BLOCK
July 11, 2012
Ok. Follow us on this because there are some moving parts. We learned this week that Johnson Capital has tapped Darren Fisk (above) to lead the Denver office as managing director. At Johnson Capital, Darren has closed more than $3B in debt transactions. His appointment comes on the heels of an announcement by the firm that it sold a portion of its servicing portfolio to CBRE. That sale also included former Johnson Capital execs Michael Cantwell, Brady O'Donnell, and David Treadwell, who will work for CBRE. Now, you do the Hokey Pokey and you turn yourself around. |
