Here's TriZetto Corps 168k SF Englewood HQ, whereOpus Development recently cut the ribbon.(Somewhere, Paul Bunyan's barber isfrantically searching for shears.)SVP Marshall Burton says Opus is pursuing more corporate expansions and relocations in the city. Above, Marshall, left, is with Gov. John Hickenlooper, TriZetto chairman Trace Devanny, and Douglas County commissioner Jill Repella.

Marshall foresees more build-to-suit activity like TriZetto, as well as anchored office projects with spec, meaning Opus will take some risk.It may go completely spec with an industrial building at its Compark Business Campus (colored by the world's largest marker), with the firm potentially breaking ground this year, he says. Opus is also marketing an office building at 17thand Platte streets. (Marshall declined to say whom the firm is courting but did say a lot of its work is with repeat clients.) Elsewhere, it'sunder way on a 285-unit luxury apartment project at 15thand Delgany.

As for TriZetto, Marshall tells us the healthcare IT firm's HQ has many unique features that play into the firms culture, including a dining facility that overlooks the mountains, a golf course, a health club, and meditation rooms. (It'll lead the nation in employees who achieve nirvana.) Lexington Realty Trust owns the five-story building housed in the Meridian International Business Center.
