Attention tenant rep brokers! Dont say we never give you any leads. PDC Energys nearly 42k SF office at the 1775 Sherman St tower at the Denver Financial Center is expiring in December 2015. Thats according to SEC docs filed by the company. The company gives no indication as to whether it plans to renew.
