Cassidy Turley's Alec Rhodes, Tyler Smith, Aaron Valdez, Daniel Bass and Joseph Krahn brokered the transaction. And 24 Hour Fitness inked a nearly 50k SF gym deal at 6044 S. Kipling St in Littleton (here) for its new location, CoStar reports. (So no more excuses Littleton, start sweating right now.)
