Hines Interests is pursuing third-party management deals in Denver, tapping both former Grubb & Ellis and CBRE industry vets Lee Wallis and Rob Bridges (above) to lead the charge. Hines, best known as the developer of the iconic Cash Register Building (a.k.a.
