AMLI Residential To Build More Denver Apartments
AMLI Residential has plans to build yet another multifamily project in metro Denver.
The developer purchased a 2.68-acre land parcel on South Broadway in Denver, Newmark Knight Frank announced Monday. The parcel is in Broadway Park, formerly called the Denver Design District, a 75-acre mixed-use infill redevelopment entitled for up to 10M SF of future development.
D4 Urban, the master developer of Broadway Park, sold the parcel to Chicago-based AMLI. NKF represented D4 in the sale.
AMLI has plans to develop a community with more than 300 units. It is designed to achieve LEED Gold certification, which is the minimum certification for all of its properties. AMLI began to invest in new development of LEED-certified projects in the early 2010s.
The company has a number of communities in Denver, including an existing property in RiNo called AMLI Denargo Market and another one under development in an adjacent lot called AMLI RiNo. Both of these properties are directly across the street from the 13-acre lot that Golub & Co. and Formativ will develop into a master-planned project.
