An apartment community near Glendale has sold for $46.2M, according to CBRE.

The 235-unit community, called Torrey Pines, was purchased by Los Angeles-based Marble Partners from Greenwood Village-based Vukota Capital. CBRE represented the seller.

This apartment is located in an area "that will face little competition from new construction as eastern Denver’s multifamily development pipeline is limited compared to overall metro Denver,” CBRE's Matt Barnett said.

The 11.36-acre property consists of 15 buildings and was built in 1980.
