Littleton Voters Put Kibosh on Local Urban Renewal

Voters in Littleton voted overwhelmingly to approve major changes in the way the city uses tax increment financing and eminent domain, putting restrictions on the practices that no other municipality in Colorado has, the Littleton Independent reports.
