Sage Hospitality CEO Walter Isenberg on Why This Denver Boom Will Last
Denver hasn't seen a development boom like this in years, and that's why we're excited to present the 2nd annual Denver New Construction & Development event on Nov. 12. The question now is, how long will it last?
Sage Hospitality president and CEO Walter Isenberg, who will be one of our speakers, tells us that the Denver market is expanding exponentially but "so far it's smart growth. The city obviously has created a great demand and opportunity, and Denver is a draw, which is why we’re focusing on properties that people can experience and enjoy. That’s the cutting edge.”
In Denver, local hospitality space is being reinvented to meet the expectations of business and leisure travelers. For instance, the transformation of Denver Marriott Tech Center, which is owned by Host Hotels & Resorts and managed by Sage Hospitality, is now underway without any interruption in service. Among other things, the lobby's getting a facelift, the fitness center will be enlarged and updated, and the 605 rooms will be overhauled.
