Neenan Building New HQ For Madwire
The Neenan Co. has started construction on Madwire’s new 102K SF headquarters in Fort Collins.
Neenan is redeveloping an existing building at 3405 South Timberline Road that has been vacant for two years. The 102K SF space will enable the digital marketing software company to add 700 employees. Madwire’s existing 550 employees now occupy 70K SF in a multi-tenant office building on the Hewlett-Packard campus off Harmony Road.
The remodeled building will feature breakout spaces, an auditorium, a large gym with multiple sport offerings and an outdoor patio and deck. The project is expected to be completed in May.
“We are honored to be partnering with leading northern Colorado businesses to bring an authentic and meaningful project to the Fort Collins area,” Neenan President David Shigekane said. “This redevelopment will showcase the expertise and collaboration of local industry leaders.”
Madwire’s new home is owned by Danfield LLC, a northern Colorado investor group that includes Curt Burgener, Brian Stahl, Dave Derbes and Troy Peterson, and is being developed by Peakstone Development. Neenan is serving as the design-build partner for the redevelopment, and Kenney Lee Architecture Group will complete the interior design work for the building.
