This Week’s Denver Deal Sheet
The Opus Group broke ground on a 253-unit multifamily complex at 4600 S. Syracuse St. in the Denver Tech Center.
The site previously operated as a parking lot adjacent to a 14-story office tower. It is about a mile from the Belleview RTD light rail station and the I-25/I-225 interchange. Opus Group plans to deliver the project in November 2025.
“Denver Tech Center is an attractive location for Denver residents looking for walkability, access to restaurants and entertainment, and proximity to key employers,” Opus Director Eric Chamberlin said in a statement. “This new luxury apartment development will help meet the demand for housing in this fast-growing area.”
