The facility is occupied by manufacturing firm Trane under a long-term single-tenant net lease. Brokers Sam Leger and Graham Trotter represented the seller, emphasizing the property’s location between downtown Denver and Denver International Airport.

CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT
Construction has started on the long-planned East Colfax Bus Rapid Transit system, which will run from Broadway to Interstate 225. The $280M project aims to improve transit efficiency and safety with dedicated bus lanes and frequent service. The initiative is expected to complete by 2027, transforming one of Denver's busiest corridors

Tributary Real Estate has arranged a long-term lease for law firm Garnett Powell Maximon Barlow & Farbes at 1125 17th St. in downtown Denver. The 21K SF space will support the boutique litigation firm’s growing needs, following a series of expansions since its launch in 2023.

Louis Lee of Antonoff & Co. Brokerage Inc. represented JUN 3995 LLC in the $2.25M purchase of a 2,200 SF Starbucks location at 20201 E. Smoky Hill Road in Centennial. The single-tenant property comes with a long-term triple-net lease.
