Grand Hyatt Denver has 516 rooms on 26 stories and is located at 1750 Welton St. That sales price would work out to $223K a room, the report said, adding that property records show the buyer has a Mexico City office address and closed the deal last week.

A Hyatt spokesperson confirmed the sale to Bisnow, but declined to provide the purchase price or other details.

Built in 1988, the property was last sold by UBS Realty Investors LLC in June 2006 for $89.85M to 1750 Welton Street Investors LLC.
