Broe Group Groundbreaking Rescheduled For June

Placeholder

The groundbreaking of Country Club Towers II, delayed because of bad weather, has been rescheduled for late June. The property will be a twin-tower, 552-unit apartment complex in the Washington Park neighborhood near Cherry Creek. The developer, Broe Group, will demolish about 20% of the existing Country Club Gardens building, leaving the remainder of the historic property intact on the outside, the Denver Business Journal reports. The interiors of the remaining units, which date from the 1940s, will be renovated. [DBJ]
