Country Club Towers II Tops Off

From the topping off of Country Club Towers II recently: Broe Group CIO Greg Gallagher; Broe Real Estate Group CEO Doug Wells; and Broe Group director James Green. The first completed units at the 31-story, 558-unit tower at 1101 East Bayaud St, southwest of Speer Boulevard, will be available to renters in July 2017. Besides a raft of amenities, the project also includes 1,005 structured parking spaces with a car wash area. Apartment units in the adjacent Country Club Gardens and Towers are simultaneously being renovated.
