Colorado-based developer Peter Kudla of Metropolitan Residential Advisors sold Amberley Heights, a two-building, 96-unit apartment property in the Inverness neighborhood of Englewood, for $38.6M. The buyer was a private investor.

According to ARA, A Newmark Company, the property, with larger-than-average residences — mostly two-bedroom units of more than 1,500 SF — sold for over $402K/unit, making it the highest-ever sale price per unit for a suburban Denver property, except for in Boulder.

ARA Vice Chairmen Terrance Hunt, Shane Ozment, Jeff Hawks and Doug Andrews and Executive Managing Director Chris Cowan repped the seller. Granite Peak Partners, a California-based real estate advisory firm, repped the buyer.

Metropolitan Residential Advisors completed Amberley Heights in 2015. The company is building for-sale condos and townhomes in Denver’s Crestmoor neighborhood, and it just completed a 62-acre, transit-oriented site, Vallagio at Inverness.
