Marcella's Opens In Centric LoHi
As the first residents move into Centric LoHi at 18th Street and Central Avenue, Cameron Mitchell Restaurants celebrated the grand opening of Marcella’s Denver, an Italian café in the building’s ground floor.
Marcella’s is one of 14 concepts Cameron Mitchell Restaurants is behind. In Denver, the Columbus, Ohio-based company also operates Ocean Prime on Larimer Square. It recently announced it would open a second Ocean Prime location in Greenwood Village.
Developed by Southern Land Co., Centric LoHi has 302 apartments spread between two buildings. The mix includes 42 studios, 50 efficiencies, 140 one-bedroom apartments and 70 two-bedroom units. Rents start at $1,489.
Amenities at the complex include a resort-style saltwater pool and hot tub, a 24-hour fitness center and an on-site pet grooming salon. There is also a clubroom, game room and wine lounge, in addition to a rooftop deck and many courtyards.
“We’re thrilled to be in the Denver market and to be able to showcase the commitment to high-quality development our company is known for,” Southern Land Senior Vice President Cindy DeFrancesco said. “Centric LoHi is the perfect community for residents who want upgraded amenities and easy access to all Denver has to offer.”
In addition to Marcella’s, the other tenant at Centric LoHi is The Bindery, a combination restaurant, market and bakery headed by chef and owner Linda Hampsten Fox, Executive Chef Jake Riley and baker John Romano.
