RiNo Apartments Trade for $72M

CWS Capital Partners acquired Yards at Denargo Market at 2797 Wewatta Way in River North for $72M. Before the sale, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank estimates that $365M in real estate deals have been done in RiNo in the past two years; the Yards at Denargo Market sale would push that number past $400M, the Denver Business Journal reports.
