Denver Office to Stay Hot in Second Half
Metro Denver’s office market has had a good year so far, and leasing volume is definitely going to increase over the next six months, Cassidy Turley SVP Bill Lucas tells us (Bill’s the one not holding the cup, but he was in an adult league team at the Big Bear Ice Arena in Denver that won it).
The entire metro market is benefiting from an influx of population. As the metro grows, so do the kinds of professional and business services that need office space, as well as healthcare and education. Recently Cassidy Turley repped Brookfield Residential in its lease of 14k SF of office space at Peakview Tower, 6454 S Greenwood Plaza Blvd, in Centennial. JLL’s Andy Ross and Michael Crane repped the landlord.
