Accesso Bets Again On Tech Center Submarket
Accesso Partners recently acquired Stanford Place 1, a 273k SF office tower in the Denver Technology Center from Broadreach Capital Partners of Palo Alto, CA. The deal represents a deepening of its holdings in the area for the South Florida-based investor.
“We’ve been after additional opportunities in the Denver Technology Center submarket the last two years, since purchasing 6455 South Yosemite, which has been a strong performer for us,” Accesso managing partner of investments Ariel Bentata tells us. Stanford Place has a similarly strong northeast Tech Center location, he says, with a nearby light-rail system and views of the mountains.
Besides being in a solid submarket, the building itself has a strong tenant roster. Located at 8055 East Tufts Ave, it's 88% leased to software, insurance, financial services, engineering and healthcare companies, with no single industry representing more than 25% of the building’s tenancy. "The acquisition should provide Accesso additional economies of scale as the firm expands its holdings in Denver,” Ariel adds.
