RMR Office Property Fund Buys Belleview Corporate Plaza
RMR Office Property Fund L.P. has acquired Belleview Corporate Plaza for $39.1M.
The two-building office property totaling 172,220 SF is 98% leased to tenants in the healthcare, real estate and energy industries. It is close to retail and dining amenities near the Interstate 25 corridor and is a short walk to the light-rail station.
The acquisition demonstrates RMR’s investment philosophy of focusing on core properties in excellent physical condition in strong suburban and urban infill office locations and leased to a solid roster of tenants, RMR Vice President Chris Bilotto said.
“The property is located within the Denver Technological Center, one of Denver’s strongest submarkets supported by one of the highest concentrations of high-tech workers in the nation,” Bilotto said. “Given the well-educated labor pool, convenient location and proximity to market amenities, we believe the property will continue to appeal to high-quality companies.”
