Savills Studley Moves Into New Digs
Savills Studley has relocated its Denver office to 8,500 SF of new Class-A space at 1125 17th St.
The new space is more than double the size of the firm’s previous office at 1050 17th St.
“When we decided to reconstitute the Denver office, we set out to build a culture that would produce exceptional camaraderie, teamwork and information-sharing to ensure that every professional would be able to reach his or her highest potential,” Savills Studley Executive Vice President Rick Schuham said.
The 25-floor 1125 17th St. building has easy access to major parkways and rail lines. Hines, in partnership with Pearlmark and another institutional investor, acquired the property earlier this year. A major renovation that will include a complete lobby renovation, addition of a tenant lounge, conferencing facilities and outdoor space is underway.
Opened in 2001, Savills Studley’s Denver office specializes in representing tenants in their commercial real estate needs. Over the last year, the company has more than doubled its roster of real estate professionals. Key hires have included top office brokers Todd Roebken and Greg Bante, formerly of JLL; former Cresa Denver Chairman Brendan Fisher; and 35-year veteran real estate adviser and project management expert John Hammett, formerly of Cushman & Wakefield.
