Robb La Montagne is senior vice president of Hunt Southwest, a Dallas-based commercial real estate development company, which is focused on industrial development in the Texas market. Since joining Hunt Southwest in mid-2017, Robb has overseen the development of over 2.8M SF of state-of-the-art distribution facilities in the Texas market. With over 18 years of experience in architectural and interior design, construction management, and construction cost consulting within a broad range of product types. Robb is responsible for overseeing the company’s development activities with a focus on entitlement, design, and construction management activities as HSW continues to grow its Texas real estate footprint. Prior to joining Hunt Southwest, Robb served as vice president of construction for Black Creek Group and oversaw all of their construction, and development activities in the central region of the United States. Prior to Black Creek Group, Robb served as the vice president of development and construction at Sealy & Company, a boutique real estate firm. Before joining Sealy, he spent almost four years in KPMG’s tax department analyzing real estate and fixed assets, and he worked with two large architectural firms in the Dallas area, Corgan Associates and Architectural Group International. Robb graduated from Texas Christian University with a B.S. in design and business. He and his family reside in Dallas.

Mr. Meyer is the co-founder, co-owner, and President of Lovett Industrial, an entity formed in partnership with Frank Liu in 2020. Mr. Meyer's experience encompasses the development or acquisition of more than 20 million square feet of industrial real estate representing an aggregate value in excess of $1.5 billion. Mr. Meyer has an extensive track record in sourcing, capitalization, and execution of large-scale industrial development and acquisition projects across the U.S. Prior to Lovett, Mr. Meyer served as a partner and Managing Director at Hines Interests in Houston for 7 years, where he was responsible for overseeing Hines’ expansion into industrial real estate development across the U.S. Prior to Hines, Mr. Meyer served as Director of Construction and Development for NewQuest Properties, where he oversaw the development of approximately 3 million square feet of retail and office projects. Mr. Meyer graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BA in Economics and Spanish. He is a father of four, an avid duck hunter, and is passionate about serving the needs of Houston’s underprivileged youth.

Nazir Khalfe, AIA,RIBA, is a Principal for Powers Brown Architecture. Nazir spent more than 10 years of his career as a project manager in the Houston, Austin, San Antonio, El Paso, Denver, and Washington, D.C. markets. Completed projects include industrial and office master plans, as well as spec office buildings, corporate office buildings, and distribution, assembly, and manufacturing facilities. Nazir has demonstrated the ability to design and document buildings that are attractive, economical and durable. Evidence of his ability to develop designs that are efficient and cost-effective can be found in the numerous projects completed for his repeat clients.

Thomas Eldridge joined RealtyLink in July of 2020 as principal of RealtyLink of Atlanta. His focus is on the development of cold storage facilities throughout the United States. RealtyLInk has a current pipeline of 6 cold storage assets to deliver over the next 18 months and an additional 10 projects in the concept phase. Thomas comes to RealtyLink with over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. As Director of Real Estate for Aspen Dental, he was the leader of an aggressive new office expansion strategy in the Southeast and Midwest where he produced over 350 new offices in 7 years. Additionally, as Director of Real Estate for GameStop, he was responsible for over 560 new stores across 19 states in just under 8 years. During his tenure with Jones Lang LaSalle, Thomas executed a comprehensive redevelopment plan for 10 regional malls over 6 years. He graduated from Kennesaw State University where he obtained a B.B.A. in Economics.

Paul D. Little serves as Chief Executive Officer of Alston Construction Company and is a leader in the construction management field. With more than 40 years of industry knowledge, Paul has hands-on experience in every facet of the business, ranging from Field Superintendent, Project Manager, Business Development and Project Executive. Throughout his career, Paul has successfully managed the construction of several building types. Some of the more notable projects include the 75 Story Chase Bank Tower in Houston, the Winship Cancer Research Center in Atlanta and The Lodge at Sea Island, GA. In 2007, Paul assumed the leadership of Alston Construction and started the process of growing Alston into a more diversified construction company, by broadening its client base and expanding the national footprint. Through his leadership, Alston has learned to embrace change and developed enhanced use of technology and improved its overall systems and processes. Perhaps more importantly, he has set a tone for a culture that has helped Alston attract and retain outstanding staff resources that deliver a level of service that is second to none. Paul holds a degree in Architectural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Throughout his career, he has always found time for family and community service. A resident of Atlanta for more than 30 years, Paul has spent most of his career shaping the city that he loves with significant contributions to many civic and charitable organizations. He is also an active member of civic and organizations including the Buckhead Coalition and NAIOP.

Amidst her mission to cultivate new CRE relationships and diversify the firm’s project portfolio, she also uncovered a passion for the construction process. Jeff is a principal for Davis Commercial Development, LLC. Davis Commercial Development is a developer, owner, operator, manager, and investor in institutional quality industrial and office projects within the major Texas markets. Jeff has over 22 years of experience in creating and executing a master plan for all facets of commercial real estate including capital markets acquisitions, developments, construction, asset management and disposition. Since 1996 Jeff has taken a lead role in development or redevelopment of retail and industrial properties of over 1,505,000 square feet of commercial projects. Jeff recently joined Davis Commercial Development. His previous commercial real estate experience includes leadership positions at Conor Commercial Real Estate, Weatherford International, and Stonebridge Real Estate Development & Investments. As vice president for the Texas region at Conor Commercial Real Estate, he acquired over 70 acres of institutional quality land for development in multiple locations and cities in Texas. He directed all phases of the projects from work with investment bankers to source institutional equity, negotiate partnership documents, acquired debt, and hire contractors, consultants and brokerage teams. As the real estate manager for the U.S. gulf coast region at Weatherford International, he acquired over 600 acres of land for development in Texas and Louisiana, developed 265 acres of land and constructed 790,000 square feet of industrial and office buildings. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance Degree from Texas A&M University, College Station, TX. Casey is Managing Director for Principal Real Estate Investors, the dedicated real estate group of Principal Global Investors. He is responsible for all aspects of investment management and investment production in Dallas and Houston. Casey is also one of Principal’s data center specialists and responsible for overseeing development and asset management of data centers for Principal Real Estate Investors. Casey joined the firm in 1999. Previously, he was an assistant manager at Wells Fargo Financial. Casey received an MBA in business administration from Drake University and a bachelor's degree in business management from Waldorf College.

As Executive Director of the Conroe Economic Development Council, Danielle is responsible for marketing Conroe to new and expanding businesses. In the last year and a half she has attracted 6 new projects or expansions to Conroe generating a capital investment of over $240M and 447 jobs. She received a B.S. from Texas A&M University and is a certified Professional Community and Economic Developer (PCED). Danielle is a graduate of both Community Development Institute (CDI) and OU Economic Development Institute (EDI). She was named a 2018 Top 50 Economic Developer in North America by Consultant Connect. Christen joined Provident Realty Advisors in 2022 as the Director of Development & Acquisitions. She is the first women Development Partner at Provident and one of the only women developers in the industrial sector of Houston. Christen has developed over 8 million sqft of Class A Institutional industrial facilities. She is a career industrial developer with experience in projects that range from extremely specialized manufacturing facilities to Speculative big box developments. Career highlights include a build-to-suit project for one of the largest e-commerce companies in the country, speculative distributions projects ranging from 100,000 sf to as large as 1,000,000 sf buildings under one roof. Her career consists of development of over 700 acres and $1B worth of transaction value. Christen is the 2022 RedNews Emerging Leader of the Year, RedNews Finalist for Woman of the Year and Bisnow Developing leader for 2021. She holds an MBA from the Freeman School of Business, Tulane University. Christen is a mother of two and wife to a successful real estate entrepreneur. Her and her family are members at Second Baptist Church. Christen is dedicated to giving to Sky High for Children, a very special charity that raises money to fund cancer treatments for kids.

Justin Robinson serves as Partner in Stream’s Houston office and was one of the original five team members when the Houston office opened in 2006. George Farish serves as a Senior Vice President in the Houston office of Trammell Crow Company, focusing on the industrial sector. He is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and originating ground-up development and value-add investment opportunities. Additionally, George is engaged in market analysis, underwriting, due diligence, financial modeling, capital structuring, leasing, and asset dispositions. George holds a Master of Business Administration in real estate finance from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Tufts University. George brings more than 10 years of real estate development and investment experience to Trammell Crow Company. He most recently served as the Senior Director of Development at Laguna Development Group, a South Texas-based commercial real estate firm specializing in land investment, residential development, and asset management. George has also worked on a wide range of real estate assignments for companies including Trademark Property Company, AT&T, and Invesco Real Estate.

Brian White currently serves as a Vice President at E.E. Reed Construction. He has 23 years of experience in construction and a proven record for serving as a dynamic leader in the industry. Brian has devoted his entire professional career to the firm and specializes in industrial projects. He recently completed the Frontier Logistics Barbours Cut project in the Port of Houston and is currently working on several projects in the area, primarily in the Cedar Port Industrial Park. Brian is responsible for business development, executive oversight, value engineering, budgeting/estimating, and marketing for E.E. Reed Construction. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science degree from Texas A&M University.

Holden Rushing is a Senior Vice President with the Industrial Corporate Services practice of NAI Partners. At NAI, Holden specializes in national tenant representation as well as project leasing and development. In over a decade of industrial real estate, Holden has cultivated strong working relationships with numerous industry-leading companies, advising them on lease negotiation and restructuring, sale-leaseback transactions, build-to-suit projects, site selection, and location consulting. His extensive experience and market knowledge helps his clients to identify acquisition, disposition and development opportunities to create cost-saving and risk-mitigating real estate solutions aligned with his clients’ immediate and long-term strategies. Prior to joining NAI Partners, Holden served as a Senior Director in the Industrial Services Group at Studley, focused on project development and leasing for several large institutional developers, and multi-market tenant representation for national clients. Holden spent six years as a senior leasing agent for ProLogis prior to Studley, where he successfully negotiated more than 240 lease transactions totaling over 5 million square feet with companies including Iron Mountain, Toshiba, Mitsubishi-Caterpillar, General Cable, Comcast, Kawneer, United Stationers Supply, United Technologies and OfficeMax. He also worked as a debt marketing specialist researching and targeting prospective mutual bond investors for Merrill Lynch in New York City.
