Mr. Neisser has focused his career in real estate and finance. He served as the Principal at a regional commercial real estate firm that handled office, industrial, retail, multi-family and land. Mr. Neisser also gained valuable experience in residential real estate and land development throughout his career. Mr. Neisser brings to LendingOne years of knowledge in technology and finance and has coupled this with his range of experiences in the real estate market from owning, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. Mr. Neisser also is a member of the Young Presidents Organization, Urban Land Institute, Turnaround Management Association, Columbia Real Estate Association, and International Council of Shopping Centers. He graduated with honors from Rutgers University-New Brunswick with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and with honors from Columbia Business School with an MBA.

Born into a family of 6 children, at the age of 10 Todd began working in the family candy business where his grandfather’s edict prevailed: “Our family only works 6 days per week, half days. 6am to 6pm, Monday through Saturday.” Following an early decade-long successful career in executive sales with Xerox Engineering Systems, and building custom homes as a passion, Todd and his family moved to Arizona from Utah and started a small family business baking all-natural and organic bread long before it was mainstream. Bruce W. McNeilage brings more than 31 years of financial and real estate investment experience to his role as CEO of Kinloch Partners. In the past 12 years, he has invested in hundreds of properties throughout Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina. McNeilage has also been an owner and developer of several multi-family residential and condominium communities. Prior to launching Kinloch Partners, McNeilage was a partner in both Harpeth Development and DEL Real Estate. In 2005 he was an early pioneer of what is now commonly referred to as the "Build to Rent" industry and started building and acquiring brand new rental houses in Spring Hill, Tennessee growing the business throughout the Nashville MSA, as well as key markets throughout the Southeast United States. McNeilage holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics (BS) from Florida State University located in Tallahassee, Florida, and serves on the National Board of Directors of the Florida State University Alumni Association. He is also a Chartered Financial Consultant. McNeilage is a member of the Homebuilders Association of Middle Tennessee and is a frequent contributor to Forbes and Think Realty magazine. He is a resident of Brentwood,TN is married to Melanie McNeilage and is a father of three.

Marti Burrows is a Managing Director of Real Estate with oversight of the Single Family Home/Build to Rent Real Estate division for Greystar's Property Management business. Prior to taking over as leader of the Single Family Rental Platform, Marti lead the Owned Asset Support division and served as a liaison to support and guide operational excellence on all of the company's owned assets, in partnership with investment and property management leadership. In addition to supporting the Greystar owned asset portfolio, Marti lead several national initiatives to maximize operational performance for Greystar Management Services. Prior to joining Greystar in 2015, Marti was Vice President of Asset Management for Prudential Real Estate Investors, where she oversaw approximately $5 billion in multifamily assets across the United States. Marti has served on the advisory board for the Greystar Women in Asset Management group, the National Apartment Association executive forum, as well as the advisory board for the association's Maximize Multifamily Asset Management Conference, where she is a panel speaker and moderator. Marti holds a Certified Property Manager designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management. Marti is a graduate of Transylvania University.

K.C. is Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Pathway Homes where he drives business development efforts, orchestrates product development, and builds a scalable business so Pathway can bridge the gap between renting and owning across America. Prior to Pathway, K.C. spent three years at Fifth Wall where he led the firm’s advisory work as the investor base grew from seven Strategic Investors in North America representing ~$200M in AUM to 70 Investors in 15 countries and over $2.5B in AUM. K.C. supported the investing team with numerous multifamily and single-family residential proptech companies and worked closely with the senior management teams of the largest investors, owners and operators in the residential market globally. Before joining Fifth Wall, K.C. spent his career in management consulting at McKinsey, and wealth management at Goldman Sachs. Pathway Homes entered Atlanta in November of 2021 as its flagship market and has since expanded to Phoenix, Orlando, Tampa, and home market of Dallas, TX. Pathway has committed $750mm to increase access to homeownership nationwide and recently announced its inaugural credit facility at $225mm which will be used to expand its market footprint and serve more customers.

Andy co-founded Coastal Ridge Real Estate in 2013 and is a Managing Partner focusing on its investment platform, joint venture equity partnerships, and development business. He currently serves on Coastal Ridge’s board of directors. Prior to Coastal Ridge, Andy co-founded Peak Property Group, a real estate investment firm that acquires and manages scattered-site multifamily properties throughout Central Ohio. The development of Peak Property Group helped to establish the property management platform Coastal Ridge leverages today. Previously, Andy served in both management and sales capacities for two Fortune 500 companies. A graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a minor in Entrepreneurship. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Ohio and a Certified Commercial Investment Member who is active in various charitable and entrepreneurial organizations serving the Columbus and Cincinnati communities. Andy and his family reside in Cincinnati, Ohio.
