Marc C. Ganzi is President and Chief Executive Officer of Colony Capital, Inc. and Chief Executive Officer of Digital Colony. He is also a founder and Chief Executive Officer of Digital Bridge Holdings, a leading global investor and owner of mobile and internet infrastructure. In July 2019, Digital Bridge was acquired by Colony Capital to become the premier platform for digital infrastructure and real estate investment, and Mr. Ganzi was announced as Colony Capital CEO, Thomas J. Barrack, Jr.’s successor. At the time of the acquisition, Digital Bridge managed nearly $20 billion of global digital infrastructure assets, directly, through Digital Colony Partners, and pro forma for Digital Colony Partners’ pending acquisition of Zayo Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ZAYO). Prior to Digital Bridge, Mr. Ganzi was the founder and CEO of Global Tower Partners (“GTP”), which grew from inception in 2003 to become one of the largest privately-owned tower companies in the U.S. when it was sold to American Tower Corporation in 2013 for $4.8 billion. At GTP, Mr. Ganzi executed a series of strategic acquisitions, build-to-suit agreements with wireless carriers and financings in the credit markets. Prior to the formation of GTP, Mr. Ganzi worked as a consulting partner for DB Capital Partners in New York City from 2000 to 2002 where he was tasked with overseeing the institution’s investments in the Latin American tower sector. Prior to his tenure at DB Capital, Mr. Ganzi was the President and co-founder of Apex Site Management, one of the largest third-party managers of wireless and wireline communication sites in the United States. Apex merged with SpectraSite Communications in 2000 to create one of the largest telecommunications site portfolios in the United States at the time. Mr. Ganzi has served on the boards of numerous corporations, including: Apex Site Management, Global Tower Partners, Olympus Outdoor Media, Mexico Tower Partners, Vertical Bridge, DataBank, Vantage Data Centers, Andean Telecom Partners and ExteNet Systems. Mr. Ganzi received a B.S. from the Wharton School of Business in 1993. He was a Board Member of the Wireless Infrastructure Association from 2008 to 2017 and served as Chairman from 2009 to 2011. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, the Broadband Deployment Advisory Committee of the Federal Communications Commission, and he currently serves on the board of the Aspen Valley Ski Club.

Mr. Sean Maskell serves as President of Cologix Canada at Cologix, Inc. He has over 16 years of experience in Telecommunication and Data Facility Operations. He founded Telehouse Centre Canada in 2004, which quickly became the fastest growing carrier neutral facility in Toronto over the next 8 years. Through Sean's vision and leadership, Telehouse has modeled a more efficient data center that reduces operational costs, while escalating facility reliability and customer experience. He continues to provide leadership and strategic direction for the Toronto and Vancouver locations to ensure Cologix customers receive the highest level of services to meet their most demanding applications. Mr. Maskell is an active volunteer in his community and holds a degree from Niagara College, along with sales/management certifications.

Philbert Shih is the Founder and Managing Director of Structure Research, an independent research firm focused on the cloud, hosting and data centre infrastructure service provider markets. Structure Research is squarely focused on the SMB to mid-tier segments with an emphasis on international markets, particularly the Asia-pacific region. Services include publication of syndicated and customized research and analysis, strategic consulting, advisory services and public speaking. Clients include service providers, technology vendors supplying service providers and investors.

Randolph is a Vice Chairman at Cushman & Wakefield with 37 years of experience in data center and portfolio optimization site acquisition and disposition, lease negotiations, and over 38 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate. His data center expertise covers site selection, risk analysis, portfolio strategy, Real Estate strategic planning, and account management. Randolph is one of the founding members of Cushman & Wakefield’s Data Center Advisory Group. This highly specialized group is made up of uniquely qualified real estate brokers who understand the specialized requirements of mission critical environments. Jas Saraw is the Vice President of Canada at Procore where he is responsible for all Canadian revenue and customer-facing teams that reside in the Canadian offices, including Business Development, Customer Success, Sales and Marketing. Jas joined Procore in 2017 and has over 18 years of technology leadership experience specializing in SaaS, ERP, CRM and eCommerce solutions. Jas is passionate about diversity and education in construction and brings a unique understanding and perspective of construction technology as it applies practically from coast to coast.

Scott Mills is Global Vice President, Solution Enablement at Digital Realty. Mr. Mills has worked in the Data Center and telecommunication industry for nearly 20 years in various roles. Currently, Scott is charged with leading Global Sales Engineering and Solution Architecture organizations and keenly focused on supporting a structured technical solutions selling approach, educating customers and partners on Digital Realty’s value proposition, and building customer engagement frameworks for deep technical discovery, ensuring design quality, service reach and maximum total cost of ownership. Prior to Digital Realty, Mr. Mills lead Cloud Business Development at Equinix where he was responsible for evaluating new market opportunities as well as identifying and solidifying strategic alliances that deliver increased business value to Equinix customers and partners and expand the addressable market for dedicated network to public and private cloud. Prior to Equinix, Scott held senior Product and Business Development roles at Qwest, Motorola Mobility and tw telecom. Currently residing in Denver, Colorado, Mr. Mills holds a Masters in Communication from Ball State University as well as a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder

Data Center / Computer Operations specialist with experience in a variety of industries including manufacturing, telecom, healthcare and ISP. – ITIL v2.0 Certified. Experienced in running multiple sites across time zones. Specific project activities have included process improvement, data center remodeling, energy efficiency and data center infrastructure hardening. Prior to joining ServerFarm, Whitman worked as a VP of Facilities Operations for Canara, Inc. as well as for Thomson Reuters and CBRE.

Tifft Gannon is the North American Technical Sales Director for Vertiv. His primary responsibility is leading the Thermal Management Technical Sales team and overseeing Vertiv’s Data Center Thermal Systems Training program. In former roles, Tifft was responsible for the launch and product management of Vertiv’s air handler business. Earlier in his career, Tifft focused on the design and control of large applied systems with special focus on custom air handler applications. Tifft is a long time ASHRAE member who has served the society through involvement with the ASHRAE 90.1 Standards Committee and presenting to numerous ASHRAE chapters. He was the featured presenter for one of ASHRAE’s most well attended webcasts “Selecting the Right Air Handling Approach for Data Centers”. In addition to volunteering with ASHRAE, he has mentored teens through the Young Life organization for over 20 years. Tifft holds a BS in mechanical engineering from The Ohio State University.
