Dublin Will Be Getting A Seven-Storey Office Block Thanks To Ballymore
Ballymore Properties will be teaming up with CIE on the delivery of a major mixed-use scheme next to Connolly Station in Dublin.
Dubbed the "Connolly Quarter", the development will include 883K SF of mixed-use space, made up of 540K SF of offices, apartments and a hotel, according to Independent.ie.
A 145K SF, seven-storey block will house the largest office space in the development and will be at the junction of Seville Place and a new street linking Seville Place and Sheriff Street Lower.
Ballymore's success in securing the partnership comes weeks after the news that Richard Barrett's Bartra Capital Property Group was chosen for a new office scheme at Grand Canal Quay in Dublin's south docklands area in partnership with CIE.
