Three New Tenants For Former Arthur Cox HQ
Iput said this week that it has leased half of the available space in 5 and 6 Earlsfort Terrace — following a €20M redevelopment — to BioMarin Pharmaceuticals, Harmonic Fund Services and W&W Advisory.
The fund said BioMarin has taken the fourth, fifth and sixth floors of the building, totalling 26K SF. Harmonic Fund Services has leased 8.6K SF on the third floor and W&W Advisory is taking the 5.1K SF seventh floor. Between them, the three long-term lease agreements will generate an annual income of €2.42M.
The building is the former headquarters of Arthur Cox, which moved into a 132K SF block on the corner of Earlsfort Terrace and Hatch Street in May 2017. Ten Earlsfort Terrace was developed for the law firm by Clancourt Group.
The redevelopment of 5 and 6 Earlsfort Terrace includes the addition of two new floors, increasing total space available to 80K SF. The building has been certified to LEED Platinum and WiredScore Platinum level.
The scheme also includes a new urban park designed by landscape architect Robert Townshend that will be open to the public from March of this year.
