A steep decline in commercial real estate development could prove welcome relief for existing landlords.

A private German university is looking for a 10K to 15K SF building in Dublin as it expands its operations outside of Germany.

Agent Lambert Smith Hampton has been brought in to help source a suitable building on behalf of the university, according to the Irish Times.

IUBH University of Applied Sciences is a state-recognised university of business and management.

The fact that Ireland is English-speaking and home to a lot of major multinational companies are the university’s reasons for the expansion.

IUBH has 13 campuses and 15,000 students throughout Germany in cities like Berlin, Munich and Frankfurt.

The university works with employers in Germany and its courses are known for on-campus study as well as practical training at a partner company.

From its Dublin base, IUBH will offer master's programmes in finance and accounting, leadership and management, hospitality, IT management and marketing, as well as an MBA in international business.
