Tony has extensive experience in providing portfolio reviews and analysis, highest and best use studies, occupancy cost benchmarking, merger and acquistion services, development advisory, master planning, site slection, tenant representation, transaction management, financial analysis and ownership structures. His experience involves working across a wide range of asset classes including office, retail, data centers, and headquarters facilities and transaction types including acquisitions, dispositions, build-to-suits and sale-leaseback transactions. AREA OF EXPERTISE Jodi Selvey specializes in Office Tenant Representation. She works with her clients to provide strategic planning and solutions to their real estate needs. Ms. Selvey offers over 28 years of comprehensive real estate experience which includes leasing a number of corporate headquarters locations, office building sales, site selection, restructuring of leases and providing detailed nancial analysis. Jodi executes in a creative way to solve complicated transactions, whether she’s asked to sell a difficult building, meet a nonpro t organization’s nancial benchmarks, or seek out non-traditional solutions for a client. Additionally, Ms. Selvey works with national clients on multi-city assignments, thereby creating a single point of contact for all their real estate needs across the country. COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT Ms. Selvey has been involved in fundraising for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Atlanta Ronald McDonald House, where she co-chaired the annual Brookhaven Tour of Homes for four years. She is also involved with Habitat for Humanity—serving on the fundraising committee and as a builder for the Marist Women Build since 2005. Ms. Selvey is very involved in her alma mater, where she chaired the UGA Parents Council in 2016 and 2017 and is currently a member of the 2018 UGA Board of Visitors. JD Jeske is WiredScore’s Head of Atlanta, leading the expansion of the company’s Wired Certification program across the Southeast office market. He previously served as a Senior Associate at Avison Young’s Atlanta office where he specialized in tenant representation with a focus on technology and startups. His experience also includes serving in brokerage and property management roles at CBRE in Washington, D.C. He is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors -Young Council of Realtors (YCR) and Buckhead Business Association. JD holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration from Auburn University.

Bill Halter joined COOPER CARRY in 2010 as Director in the Office Workplace Studio and was named Principal in 2015. He has spent the last 30 years specializing in the design of corporate and commercial office buildings. While with COOPER CARRY, Bill has led the master planning and office design teams for the 300,000 SF Riverwood 200, the 585,000 SF Park Center (State Farm) One, the 240,000 SF Intergraph Headquarters, the 275,000 SF Mylan Pharmaceutical Headquarters and the Georgia Multi-Modal Passenger Terminal. Bill’s designs have received accolades from the American Institute of Architects and have been featured in publications such as Architectural Record. He has also been a key speaker at several conferences, including the 2011 Urban Land Institute (ULI) Infrastructure Conference in Atlanta, Georgia. He spent four-and-a-half years in China speaking on the virtues of a well-planned infrastructure in the form of exhibition centers and transit to manage urban transformation. Bill is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB), and is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED). Bill is a member of CoreNet and the ULI – currently serving on the Public Development Infrastructure Council (PDIC). He has also served on the Atlanta Urban Design Commission. Bill hold a Bachelor in Architecture from Ohio State University, a Master in Architecture and Urban Design from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and is registered to practice in four states.

Jeffrey Graham entered the Property Tax Consulting industry with The Stallings Group in 2008 as a Consultant. He aided in the growth of The Stallings Group’s residential property tax appeal portfolio, and worked closely with the Stallings Group team to build his knowledge base in the commercial property side of the industry. Commercial property tax appeals became the focus, and Jeffrey Graham managed accounts for reputable clients such as Hines, Cbre, and Colliers. In 2012 The Stallings Group was sold to Paradigm Tax Group, at which point Jeffrey Graham was offered a position specializing in Commercial property tax appeals around the Southeast. After two years received a promotion to the level of Managing Consultant, which focused on the larger accounts with national portfolios of property. In that position he was involved with client management, new client sales, team building, strategic planning for the Southeast office. Jeffrey Graham consistently led the Southeast office in new clients sales, and learned a great deal about the marketing side of the industry. In 2016 Jeffrey Graham along with Bill Graham formed The Graham Group, which is a southeastern based property tax consulting firm. Jeffrey Graham has taken the roll of managing partner; along with managing client’s partners with Bill in the Growth of the client base, team, and reputation of The Graham Group. Jeffrey specializes in property valuation thru multiple valuation methods such as Income analysis, comparable property analysis, Sales analysis, and cost of development analysis. Jeffrey has achieved many property value reductions over the years, and worked to partner with property owners and managers to ensure their property tax burdens reduced to favorable levels. One specific property reduction success story involves a Midtown Atlanta trophy office tower; the Fair Market Value of the property was lowered nearly 60 million dollars, which resulted in a tax savings of roughly 1.1 Million dollars. Thad, who leads Cousins’ Atlanta, Dallas, and Raleigh office portfolios, has more than 30 years of real estate expertise including development, leasing and property management for the Cousins’ Class A office portfolio. Thad began his real estate career in 1984. He joined Peterson Properties in 1986 and was a senior executive at Carr America through its 1996 acquisition of Peterson Properties. Thad was the Managing Director for CarrAmerica’s Atlanta and Florida offices. At CarrAmerica, Thad was directly involved with the acquisition, disposition and/or development of the office product and was a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining Cousins in 2006, Thad was the Managing Director of GVA Advantis’ Atlanta office and a member of the firm’s executive committee. Community Involvement Thad is an advisory board member and past president of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and is on the board of the following organizations: the Buckhead Community Improvement District, the Executive Committee for the Midtown Alliance, Boys and Girls Club of Atlanta and the Corporate Campaign Committee for Woodruff Arts. Brandon Houston is a Principal with Trammell Crow Company’s Atlanta office, where his responsibilities include sourcing and executing new office development and investment opportunities. With over 12 years of commercial real estate experience, Brandon has negotiated over 2 million square feet of commercial leases and has been involved in development projects valued at over $900 million. He specializes in market analysis, project branding, financial analysis, lease negotiation, design team oversight and construction management.​ ​​​​​​Brandon previously served as a Principal in the Houston office of Trammell Crow Company. Prior to Trammell Crow Company, Brandon served as a Vice President with JP Morgan, focusing on commercial investment strategies for high net worth individuals. Prior to joining JP Morgan, Brandon was a Director of Development with Midway Companies in Houston, overseeing site selection and development for over 1 million square feet of office and industrial projects in the Houston area. Brandon has an MBA from Rice University and a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University. Brandon currently serves on the NAIOP State and Local Subcommittee and is a past director for the NAIOP Houston Chapter. Brandon is a board member for the Jones Graduate School Alumni Association at Rice University and he is an adjunct Professor in the Graduate Real Estate Program at the University of Houston, Bauer College of Business.

Mark Vollbrecht joined Zeller Realty Group in 1996. As Principal, Vollbrecht engages in property acquisition, leasing and project management. He relocated to Indianapolis in 2001 to direct Zeller Realty Group’s leasing, management and acquisition activities as the Indianapolis Market Leader. Vollbrecht leads the acquisition, financing, operation and disposition of approximately 2,000,000 SF of office properties in the Indianapolis/Carmel MSA. Prior to his current position, Vollbrecht was Senior Vice President at Zeller Realty Group, where he worked in the acquisition, operation and leasing of 211 East Ontario in Chicago. Prior to joining ZRG, Vollbrecht was Vice President and top producing broker with Miglin-Beitler, Inc. Vollbrecht represented landlords in over 2.5 million SF of leasing transactions during his tenure. In addition, he has completed over 400,000 SF of tenant representation services to major law firms and foreign banks in Chicago. Previously, Vollbrecht was a Property Manager and Leasing Agent for a multi-property office building portfolio of 1 million SF in Chicago’s CBD. Vollbrecht is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Urbana, where he earned a BA in Economics with honors programs in Math and English. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of the National Realtor Association. Vollbrecht serves on the Board of Directors for BOMA Indianapolis as Chairman of the Legislative Committee, is a Trustee for the Booth Tarkington Civic Theatre and President of Carrington Woods HOA. He has been a guest speaker for ULI, ICBR and CCIM organizations in Indianapolis. While in Chicago he served as Chairman of the Associate Board of the Mid-Day Club, on JUF’s Annual Dinner Committee, was a member of CREO and the International Bankers of Chicago, and a Youth Sponsor for his church.

As Executive Vice President of Commercial Leasing and Office Development, Ahrenkiel is responsible for activating office developments on many of Selig’s prime land holdings across Atlanta. Chris came to Selig in 2018, after 11 years with Tishman Speyer, where he was the Atlanta Managing Director, overseeing the firm’s activities in the region. Most recently, he was responsible for the development, leasing and sale of Three Alliance Center, a +500,000 SF trophy office development which set an Atlanta pricing record, trading for $534/SF. Prior to that, Chris led the leasing for Two Alliance, Colony Square, Midtown Plaza, Interstate North and Palisades. Chris started his commercial real estate career at Trizec Properties. Ahrenkiel is very involved in the community, serving on the Board of Directors of InvestAtlanta, the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. In 2017, Ahrenkiel graduated Leadership Atlanta and remains actively involved. In 2015, he was named as one of Atlanta’s 40 under 40 by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, and is consistently recognized by the publication as a Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate as well as a Top Producer. Previously, Chris served on the Board of REGA (Real Estate Group of Atlanta), Georgia Institute of Real Estate, Georgia State University Real Estate Alumni Board and was a co- founder of NAIOP Future Leaders (NFL). Chris graduated with a B.B.A. from the University of Georgia (1998) and with an M.B.A. with a concentration in Commercial Real Estate from Georgia State University (2003). When not working or volunteering, Chris enjoys spending time with his two sons, Byrne and Porter.

Scott Moore joined Humphries and Company in 1985.  For the first 25 years of Scott’s career he project managed over 800 projects in more than 125 buildings in the greater Atlanta area.  Scott has since transitioned into the business development side of the company where he is involved in both developing new clients and retaining existing clients.  Scott also serves as the Principle-in- Charge on many of the company’s largest projects.  Under Scott’s leadership, Humphries has grown to become the largest interior general contractor in Atlanta.  Scott is a graduate of Georgia State University where he earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration.  Scott spends his free time exercising and traveling with his wife and two kids.
