As Chief Operating & Development Officer for Selig Development Company, Baile oversees Selig’s commercial, residential, and mixed-use development platform. Co-founding Selig Development alongside Scott Selig in 2014, Baile is recognized as one of Atlanta’s leading developers whose dossier accounts for over 5,500,000 square feet of commercial, hospitality, residential and mixed-use developments and acquisitions. Current projects include three new towers started in 2018, The Epicurean Atlanta Hotel, 40 West 12th Street (Condominiums) and 1105 West Peachtree (Office) plus street-level retail. The Works, a mixed-use 80+/- acre development on Atlanta's Upper Westside represent 1.5 million square feet of office, residential, retail and entertainment, 550 North Highland (residential) and two additional towers in Midtown round out Selig Development's current initiatives. Baile's ventures represent in excess of $2.5 Billion in the Atlanta Region since 2004. A graduate of Auburn University, professional and civic associations include: National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Urban Land Institute (ULI), Atlanta Apartment Association and Board of Directors for the Midtown Alliance.

David Marvin, founder and president of Legacy Ventures®, was an early believer in downtown Atlanta’s resurgence. Since making his first investment downtown in 1994, Marvin has developed $500 million in downtown real estate. Atlanta tested Legacy, but the firm has expanded its footprint regionally. In addition to development, Legacy today has hotel and restaurant operating divisions that employ roundly 1,000 people. Legacy’s in-house financial, marketing, design and construction teams represent collaborative resources for its development, asset management, and operations initiatives. Marvin’s professional career began as a graduate engineer on the docks of Electric Boat Naval Shipyard. Ten years into his career, Marvin transitioned from construction to real estate. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont, an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master’s of Science degree in Real Estate from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and is active on several civic boards, including the Atlanta Rotary Club, Central Atlanta Progress, the Atlanta Downtown Improvement District Board, Chair of ADID Interagency Law Enforcement Task Force, the Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau Board, the Atlanta Hospitality Alliance, the Georgia State University School of Hospitality’s Advisory Board, Partners for HOME Board and is the Founder/Chairman of the Centennial Park District®.

As the Vice President of Development for Pollack Shores, Ashley Casaday’s responsibilities include management and execution of project financing and front-end development activities. Ashley also acts as the point of contact during the disposition process, working closely with partners, brokers, and consultants to ensure the successful sale of new developments. In her time with Pollack Shores, she has managed the disposition of approximately $700 million in multifamily assets. Prior to her current role, Ashley worked with Pollack Shores subsidiary, Matrix Residential, to lead efforts in due diligence, reporting, and management of the company’s portfolio. Ashley previously spent time with Winter Construction’s hospitality group, managing the estimating, scheduling, and execution of major projects. Ashley graduated with highest honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction. She is actively involved in the community and enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and husband, Will.

Mr. Denny has more than 35 years of experience in the development and construction industry. He presently serves as one of two founding Partners and Managing Members of Oxford Properties, LLC. Prior to his tenure at Oxford, which began in March of 2002, Mr. Denny was employed with Post Properties from 1980 to 1997. Post Properties is an upscale apartment developer headquartered in Atlanta, GA . He progressed through the maintenance, property management, construction and development divisions with a particular focus on apartment construction. After a brief separation from Post, Mr. Denny returned in 2000 where he became Executive Vice President of the Construction Division overseeing in-house projects, as well as, the entry into the third party construction arena. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Denny was the Vice President of Construction and Development for The Finger Companies overseeing the Atlanta market. From 1997 to 1998, Mr. Denny was the Executive Vice President for Knight Davidson Companies. During his career, Mr. Denny has overseen the construction of 25,000 (+) units at a cost of over $1 billion. Mr. Denny holds a B.A. in Business Management from the University of Georgia. He is an Atlanta native and a graduate of the Leadership Cobb and Leadership Georgia programs and is a former member of the Board for Georgia Conservancy.

Will Lovell, a native of Atlanta, is a senior business development officer at Stewart Title Guaranty Company. In his role, Will is responsible for ensuring smooth commercial real estate closings while maintaining and cultivating new business relationships across the country. Prior to joining Stewart, he was a partner at Hartman Simons & Wood in Atlanta where he specialized in commercial real estate law. Will holds a B.A. from Vanderbilt University, a MBA from Ohio State University’s Fischer Business School and a J.D. from Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law. Will is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Real Estate Group of Atlanta (REGA) and the Capital City Club. When he isn’t closing deals, he enjoys spending time with his wife Susannah and their three girls and participating in outdoor activities.

Keith Stocker brings 25 years of experience to FORGE. Keith started his career in Chicago as an architect focusing on tenant improvement and corporate assignments. Keith transitioned from practicing architecture to an Owner’s Representative, focusing on large corporate, hotel and high-end retail projects with global clients such as Eataly, AJ Gallagher, Thompson Hotels and Langham Hotels. Now as Vice President, Keith’s focus is to work with customers and end-users utilizing FORGE’s turnkey approach to streamline construction by eliminating costly delays and disruptions. Keith has a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Illinois, a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Lake Forest.

As a business professional with over 30 years of leadership experience, Scott is also a decorated combat veteran serving in the 82nd Airborne Division, Ranger Regiment and Small Mission Units. Scott brings to your organization unique perspectives he has gained from his battlefield experience to his own personal experiences, empowering you to unleash the untapped potential of leading your people. As a leadership and motivational speaker, who values dedication, service, and excellence, he has spoken to groups at all levels whether it is a Fortune 500 company or an eighth-grade middle school class. Scott loves helping others reach their absolute best through his shared leadership successes and failures. Early in life, Scott’s dedication, hard work, and determination put him in leadership positions that lead to an accomplished military career as a decorated infantry officer. After transitioning out of the military, Scott’s career in the private sector has been a model of service and excellence recognized with awards and decorations. Most recently he was awarded the Order of St. Maurice by the National Infantry Association. In the private sector, he has led large and small teams where they have earned national recognition for not only excellence in their respective industries but also for being recognized as leaders in their industry. Scott knows that excellence in leadership is a journey, not simply a destination. This perspective inspired him to teach, develop, inspire, and mentor hundreds of future leaders at all levels and at all organizations. He brings this same dedication to his work with business leaders as they strive to empower their teams and achieve their absolute best. Currently Scott overseas all east coast operations for Yates Construction, a national general contractor. In his spare time Scott enjoys traveling internationally, reading, cooking, live music and the outdoors - hunting, fishing and hiking.

Derek Mosiman has been with Swinerton for over 10 years. As Director of Special Projects, Derek directs the efforts and builds morale of the construction team with forward-thinking and goal-oriented decisions. He ensures projects are built according to design, budget, quality and schedule parameters by leveraging previous experience to mitigate risk and provides a fresh set of eyes if issues arise while empowering the team through organization, clear directions and personal accountability. Derek received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine and a Bachelors of Science in Construction Engineering Management from California State University, Long Beach. In Derek’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.

Since the beginning of his commercial real estate career, Chris has focused on representing tenants and investors in the leasing and sales of office, medical and industrial properties. His strong work ethic has put him in the Atlanta Commercial Board Million Dollar Club every year he has been in the business. The team structure at Cecil & Campbell Advisors allows Chris to spend more time giving clients great attention to detail from the property search, to comparative analysis, to negotiations, lease review, buildout oversight, and coordinating the move process. Great customer service is his top priority. Chris recently completed Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation, where he further honed skills to create successful outcomes for his clients. His foundation for a superior client experience began while working for 2 of Atlanta’s top wealth management firms, Homrich Berg & GenSpring Family Offices. Here, he partnered with some of Atlanta’s wealthiest families as well as leading accountants, attorneys, bankers, and insurance groups. During this time, Chris gained great analytical skills and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. Chris and his wife, Tiffany, live just off Marietta Square with their three sons Collier, Fitz, and Shep. As active members in their community, Chris and his wife are both members of Cobb Landmarks and Historical Society, and Chris serves as a representative on the Marietta Historic Preservation Commission. They also attend and serve at City Church Marietta.
