Cedric creates, coordinates and implements strategies for locating suitable sites based on the clients’ needs and objectives. He is in charge of analyzing and negotiating all terms and conditions related to proposals, LOIs, and RFPs. He also manages new business development strategy formulation and implementation. Cedric began his career with Bank of America serving as a small business and commercial banker. While there, he implemented many effective sales strategies for target markets to meet company objectives. He served as the operations manager for Clearsight Funding, a Charlotte-based private funding company. His accountabilities included educating companies on available lending programs and market investment solutions. He later served as a sales representative with Konica Minolta Business Solutions where he earned recognitions such as top producer in sales and business development. These skills along with several others gained during his time in the finance and sales industry helped propel Cedric to being a leader within T. Dallas Smith & Company. Cedric’s client list includes Georgia’s Own Credit Union, FedEx, AT&T and JP Morgan Chase. He is a graduate of Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate and Finance. Being actively engaged in local civic and business community initiatives is a passion for Cedric. His affiliations include Association of Real Estate Alumni at Georgia State University-Past President, Empire Board of Realtist-Treasurer and Aerotropolis Airport Alliance – Executive Board Member. Additionally, he is part of the LEAD Atlanta 2019 class. Cedric was recognized as the Empire Board of Realtists Salesperson of the Year (2017). He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

As Managing Director of the IA Atlanta office, Jodi is focused on the overall client experience ensuring that the appropriate resources and team are aligned for creativity, innovation, and growth within the community. With a heightened level of communication always, Jodi is passionate about connections focusing on a strong relationship with her team and throughout the Atlanta market. She and her team of talented design professionals focus on workplace environments for many verticals of design. Since joining the firm in September 2018, Jodi has added value in establishing streamlined processes and connectivity. Some notable client relationships are Georgia Department of Revenue, Salesforce, Bank of America, and many commercial real estate firms like CBRE, Banyan Street Capital, Childress Klein and Hines. An active CREW Atlanta since 2007, Jodi is serving as President for the chapter for an extended term until June 2021. She is an alumni of the Leadership program, Class of 2008 and received the Shining Light recognition in 2014. She graduated from the inaugural class, Inspire Atlanta, with The Atlanta Women's Foundation in September 2018. She also holds a Director position on the board for ACBR for 2020 as well. Her goals continue to be fueled by inspiring others to think beyond initial solutions in both personal and professional arenas.

Windsor Stevens Managing Partner Rod Mullice is an experienced developer who believes deeply in the crucial role the built environment plays in creating healthy communities. His vision is not just about creating spaces where people live, work and play. His approach to development focuses on crafting a built environment that encourages social interaction, technological innovation, environmental sustainability, and transportation options, facilitating the Connected Lifestyle. Rod has closed on over $150 million in transactions of urban development, financing and acquisitions since 2009. He led the team that renewed the leases of a 217,000 square foot office building in Historic Downtown College Park for the Federal Aviation Administration Southern Regional headquarters. Rod successfully conceived, planned, financed and managed the construction of the $20.9 million apartment community, The Pad on Harvard, next to the College Park, GA, MARTA Station as the Managing Partner of Air Realty, LLC. The Pad opened for residents in December 2017 and is now at 96% occupancy. He has recently completed construction on Phase I of Temple Square, a $5 million townhouse community in College Park Rod has engaged actively with the College Park community by initiating the Rose Stevens Mullice Academic Achievement Awards at College Park Elementary School, named for his mother. He serves on the City of Atlanta’s Office of Buildings Technical Advisory Committee; the Aerotropolis Atlanta Alliance Board of Directors; the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Board of Directors, who’s Mentoring Committee he chairs, and a member of its Million Dollar Club, the Urban Land Institute Committee. He Born in Liberty County, GA, where his multigenerational family ties continue, Rod is a graduate of Savannah State University with a BA in Political Science and the Harvard University Graduate School of Design Advanced Management Development Program. Since the success of The Pad on Harvard and the launch of College Park’s special TOD District, which he actively supported, Rod has been invited to speak to a number of professional organizations. His presentation offers insight about the benefits of TOD and how to leverage transit for thriving communities.

Mr. Mack joined the firm in 2006 and currently is a Director of Development Services, responsible for managing and completing real estate development projects for the company. He serves as the daily point of contact and responsible party to the Company’s clients with regards to project implementation, management, and completion. Since 1994, Mr. Mack has executed upon more than $700 million dollars of educational, institutional, residential, office, mixed use and transit oriented development projects. Since joining the firm, Mr. Mack has managed the design and construction of the 50 story, $245 million, 3344 Peachtree/Sovereign building in Atlanta and the dual branded, $80 million, 300 room hotel in Charleston, South Carolina. He also managed the interior construction of more than $50 million worth of tenant improvements for a plethora of clients in several buildings that Regent Partners either owns or manages. Mr. Mack holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Virginia, a Master of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida, a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University, and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Georgia. He is also a member of Urban Land Institute (2010 Leadership Development Program Graduate), the Georgia State University Real Estate Alumni Group, and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
