Location: The level of accessibility at Lake City Distribution Center is attractive to both users and investors in the industrial space. Project: The project consists of a 157,371 SF rear-load building situated on 13/8 usable acres. Features include 32' clear height, 54'W x 48.8'D columns, 60' speed bays, 200' depth, 185' truck court, 133 auto parking spaces, 42 dock doors, and ESFR system.
