Chambers is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of KDC’s Atlanta office including the Dunwoody Master-planned project and new development projects. He has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate, development, law and banking industries. Prior to joining KDC, Chambers spent two years with Jamestown in Atlanta, GA and nine years with Cousins Properties (NYSE:CUZ) in Atlanta, GA, and Austin, TX, developing office, retail and mixed-use projects across the U.S. Prior to joining Cousins, Mr. Chambers was a real estate lawyer in Atlanta with the firms of King & Spalding and Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs.

Bob Voyles Principal, Chief Executive Officer Bob Voyles founded Seven Oaks Company in 2004 and is responsible for the strategic direction and deal sourcing for the company. Bob’s portfolio of projects at Seven Oaks and in his former position as Senior Development Officer at Hines, include the following: Developed over 3 million SF of Class A award-winning, mixed-use and office-oriented development throughout metro Atlanta, Developed headquarters facilities for King & Spalding, InterContinental Hotels Group, MCI-SE Region, and HomeBanc, Acquired three Class A office projects totaling 1.7 million SF, and asset managed over 6 million SF of Class A commercial office, Developed land projects in Georgia, Tennessee and Florida totaling approximately 1,800 acres and nearly $1 billion in total development value, Structured finances of nearly $1 billion in real estate projects with institutional partners such as GEAM, GM Pension Trust, Calpers and GE Capital, as well as entrepreneurial partners such as The Brookdale Group, St. Joe and the DeMoss Foundation. Bob holds numerous positions in local civic, community and charitable organizations: Perimeter Community Improvement District (CID) Board; Founder and Chairman (2004-2010), Georgia Regional Transportation Authority; Member; Chair, Land Development, Metropolitan Atlanta Chamber of Commerce; Board of Advisors Member, Cobb-Marietta Coliseum and Stadium Authority; Board Member; Chair, construction Committee, Metropolitan Atlanta CID Coalition; Co-Chair, Livable Communities Coalition; Board Member, Young Life-Africa; Board Member, Church of the Apostles; former Vestry Member and Church Warden.

Kirk S. Demetrops is President and founder of MidCity. He oversees the acquisition/development strategy, equity/debt partners, user/partner transactions, advisory services and overall management of the company.Prior to forming MidCity in 2009, Mr. Demetrops was President of The Griffin Company, a 35 year old full service real estate development and construction company headquartered in Atlanta, GA. He joined The Griffin Company in 2001 and spearheaded the acquisition and development of office and mixed-use properties. Upon becoming President in 2007, his responsibilities were expanded to include managing the construction division and organizational structure.From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Demetrops was a partner in Forum Realty Corporation where he specialized in office tenant representation and land brokerage. The Griffin Company purchased Forum in late 2000. Mr. Demetrops started his career with Bailey & Associates, an Atlanta developer of office buildings, where he worked from 1988 to 1996. His primary responsibilities were the marketing and leasing of the company’s office portfolio, the majority of which was owned in a joint venture with New York Life Insurance Company. Mr. Demetrops received an MBA from Emory University and BBA from University of Georgia.

Mike joined Cooper Carry in 1995 and was named Associate Director in 2012, and was named an Associate Principal in 2015. Mike works in the Hospitality Studio and specializes in complex building programs and finding creative solutions to meet client project objectives. He has worked on several projects that have earned awards including a Georgia American Institute of Architects Award of Excellence for the Lipson Alport Glass and Associates Corporate Headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio in 2001. Mike graduated first in his class from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a 4.0 GPA and a master’s degree in architecture. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP), and is a registered architect.

Marc Douglas Glenn has extensive experience representing clients in all areas of real estate, and lending and corporate finance, including in the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, leasing, subleasing and foreclosure of commercial, industrial and multifamily real estate. Mr. Glenn’s clients include Fortune 100 companies, global financial institutions, nationwide apartment developers, national outdoor advertising companies and state educational institutions, as well as local retail and industrial developers. Prior to joining Taylor English, Mr. Glenn was a member of Powell Goldstein LLP (now Bryan Cave LLP). Mr. Glenn serves on the Executive Committee at Taylor English, and is also co-chair of the Real Estate, Lending and Corporate Finance and the Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy practice groups. Mr. Glenn was appointed by the government of the Republic of Iceland as consul, and he currently serves in this diplomatic post. In this capacity, he serves Icelandic citizens in Georgia and the surrounding states, assisting in various matters related to immigration and local laws. In addition, he represents the government of Iceland at international and business events in Georgia and around the United States. Mr. Glenn and his wife, Kimberly, live in Sandy Springs with their children, Jonah, Asher and Isabella, and their dog, Conner.

Mike Plant is in his 15th season with the Atlanta Braves, and in 2018 was named President and CEO of Braves Development Company. Plant joined the organization as Executive Vice President of Business Operations in November of 2003. As part of the Braves executive leadership team, Plant was instrumental in the Braves’ efforts to secure and oversee construction, leasing, financing and management of SunTrust Park and the adjacent mixed-use development, The Battery Atlanta, which opened in Cobb County in April 2017. Plant joined the Braves after having served as Executive Vice President of Turner Sports since February 2002. In that position, he was in charge of the day-to-day operations of the division, a $500-million acquisition, promotion and production company that at the time broadcast approximately 1,200 hours of sports programming on various Turner networks. Before becoming Executive Vice President of Turner Sports, Plant was President of Ted Turner’s multi-sport event, The Goodwill Games, and Vice President of Events for Turner Sports. He was responsible for the overall direction and management of The Goodwill Games, as well as all sports properties acquired by Turner Sports. Prior to joining Turner Sports, Plant was Owner and President of Medalist Sports, a full-service sports marketing company he founded in 1988. Medalist Sports created and operated premier professional cycling events in the United States and China. In addition, Plant was the Associate Executive Director of the United States Cycling Federation in Colorado Springs, Colo., from 1986 to 1988 and the Executive Director of the Canoe and Kayak Team from 1985 to 1986. Plant was a member of the 1980 U.S. Olympic speedskating team in Lake Placid, NY, and a six-time member of the U.S. World Championship speedskating teams. Since 1980, he has been appointed to numerous committees and boards for the U.S. Olympic Committee (USOC), the U.S. International Speedskating Association, International Cycling Federation, and USA Cycling. Plant served on the Atlanta Committee for the 1996 Olympic Games (ACOG) Board of Directors and the Board of Trustees for the Salt Lake City Olympic Bid Committee for the 2002 Winter Games. Plant served two eight-year terms on the USOC’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee (1984-1992 and 2003-2011). He was Chairman of the USOC Athletes Council, and Chairman of the Athlete Performance Group (1992-1996). Plant was President of USA Cycling, the National Governing Body for Olympic cycling, from 1995 to 2002, and is the current President of U.S. Speedskating. Internationally, Plant served on the International Cycling Federation’s (UCI) Executive Committee for 20 years, and was President of three different commissions. In 2009, Plant was elected U.S. Olympic Chef de Mission for the Olympic team for the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games. He and his wife Mary have two daughters, Erika and Maddie, and a son, Drew.

Norman Radow’s vision when establishing The RADCO Companies in 1994 was borne out of a lifelong passion to make neighborhoods and people’s lives better. RADCO’s first project was the redevelopment of a distressed 53-story Atlanta hotel, office, and condominium tower, which later became the Four Seasons Hotel. The notable turnaround project put the company on the map and more than 100 successful projects later, RADCO remains a fearless, successful, and flexible leader in the real estate industry. Prior to founding The RADCO Companies, Norman was a seasoned real estate litigation, workout, and transactional lawyer. Awarded a Juris Doctor by New York Law School in 1981 and a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Plattsburgh in 1978, he is licensed to practice in both New York and Georgia. As a Chairman of the Kennesaw State University Foundation Board of Trustees, Norman oversaw the expansion of the 33,000-student university in metropolitan Atlanta. During his 13-year tenure, the campus doubled in size with the addition of $500 million in new buildings that he helped finance and develop. Norman is currently a member of the New York Law School Board of Trustees and previously served as an Adjunct Professor at Emory University School of Law. He is a dynamic speaker and real estate industry expert that has been featured on CNBC, Bloomberg, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and more.

Pope & Land Responsibilities: Jennifer oversees the leasing for both Pope & Land’s office portfolio and assets for several third-party owners. Currently Jennifer and her team lease 1.7 million square feet of office space that is on average 92% leased. When working on overall mixed-use developments, Jennifer leases both ground floor and stand-alone retail. Additionally, Jennifer works closely with Asset and Construction Management to evaluate and oversee property improvements, insuring that the improvements chosen will yield the highest return to investors. Professional Experience: Originally starting as a leasing assistant and construction manager, Jennifer has been leasing in most of the major submarkets for more than 13 years. She has leased over 3.6 million square feet during her tenure at Pope & Land. For more than 10 consecutive years she has been a member of both the NAIOP and Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtor’s Million Dollar Club. Education: Jennifer has a BS in Business Management from Wake Forest University and has her CCIM designation. Membership: Finishing up the 3 rd year on the Atlanta Commercial Board’s Board of Directors, Jennifer is active in the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, NAIOP and CCIM. Personal: She lives in Brookhaven with her husband Charles and two kids.

Prior to forming Greenstone Properties in January of 2005, De was a principal with Pope & Land Enterprises, Inc. from 1988 through 2004. De is a graduate of Wake Forest University and holds a MBA from The Babcock School of Management.

Chad Koenig is a Senior Director with C&W Atlanta’s Office Tenant Advisory Group, with more than 18 years of experience in commercial real estate. He provides strategic occupancy consulting and representation for tenants in regards to office relocations, renewals, consolidation, sub-lease dispositions and other requirements. During his career, he has represented clients in leasing more than 6 million square feet of space, amounting to more than $600 million in transactions. His clients benefit from his extensive experience in market and demographic analysis, lease negotiations, financial modeling, needs analysis, site selection, and the disposition of excess space through a strategic sublease campaign. Mr. Koenig’s creativity in formulating occupancy strategies and his in-depth market knowledge help him add significant value to his clients’ bottom line. Prior to joining C&W in 2014, Mr. Koenig was a Managing Director with NAI Brannen Goddard in Atlanta, where he had worked since 1999. A member of the firm’s NAI Office Council and NAI Gold Club from 2003-2013, he was consistently one of the top performing office brokers with the firm. Mr. Koenig earned his Bachelor of Business, Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management degree from Penn State University. He is a licensed real estate agent in Georgia; a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board; a member of the Georgia Association of Realtors; a member of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce’s Economic Development Committee and Education Committee; the director of the Cumberland Office Park Association; a member of the Cobb Chamber’s Competitive CobbEDGE as well as the Cobb Chamber Chairman’s Club; a member of the National Association of Realtors; and a Trustee at The Ron Clark Academy.
