Working in real estate and finance for over 20+ years, with over six years in commercial real estate, Solomon is committed to exceeding his client’s expectations at every level, upholding his ethical and core values. Respected by his colleagues, clients, and community, Solomon consistently operates with integrity, leadership, teamwork, and a keen eye and ear for problem resolutions. His in-depth background and expertise in revenue and market analysis, commercial billing, and portfolio and project management gives him an edge in commercial and investment real estate. Solomon graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in finance, concentrated in real estate, and Keller Graduate School of Management with a degree in business administration focusing on project management. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).

Solomon is a passionate advocate and supporter of youth, promoting leadership skills, community service, and higher education within the Atlanta area. Solomon is a thought leader who is deliberate in diversifying the commercial real estate industry. As a graduate and now Local Market Planning Director of Project Real Estate Associate Program (REAP), Solomon shares his industry leadership experience and continues to bridge the gap between talented minority professionals and commercial real estate companies. He is also a community volunteer with the Urban League of Atlanta and has developed youth through mentorship via Year Up (Atlanta), iThrive Christian Church, and Big Brothers, Big Sisters, Inc. In his leisure time, Solomon enjoys reading, listening to music, good movies, traveling, and improving on his golf game.
