Focusing on strategic planning and long-term goals, Scott oversees relations with financial institutions, government agencies, economic development organizations and industry groups. He joined the company in 1972. Scott is Chairman of the Board for the Maryland Economic Development Corporation and Maryland Business for Responsive Government, and sits on the Board and Executive Committee for the Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore, the Young Life-Urban Baltimore Board of Directors, M&T Bank Greater Baltimore/Washington Director’s Advisory Council, the Baltimore County Economic Development Commission, and the Board of Trustees for Junior Achievement of Central Maryland. In addition, he is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and an MBA from Loyola University in Maryland.

Dick's real estate experience began as a child observing his father's company, Manekin LLC, as it played an integral part in the revitalization of downtown Baltimore and the growth of the Baltimore-Washington Corridor. Upon graduating from the University of Maryland, Dick spent the next twenty-one years with Manekin, LLC. Learning the Baltimore-Washington markets, he participated in the expansion of the firm from 10 employees to 150 employees becoming a managing partner and departing in 1990 to pursue non-real estate endeavors. In the mid 1990's, Dick became restless to get back into the business and joined CB Richard Ellis as a Senior Vice President. Over the next five years, Dick specialized in adding value to office buildings by representing Landlords. In 2000, Dick formed Corinthian Realty Partners to create value and provide superior returns to investor partners through the acquisition, development, repositioning and management of real estate assets. Following the "Great Recession", Dick joined forces with former CBRE associates Doug Schmidt and Neil Tucker at Chesapeake Real Estate Group. He continues today with Doug and Neil as part of WorkShop Development.

Adam Kleeman has more than 18 years of experience providing audit, accounting and consulting services in the commercial and multi-family real estate industries. Based in CohnReznick's Baltimore office, he has extensive experience working with investors, developers, owners and management companies of various sizes and complexities. This experience includes audits of publicly-traded real estate investment trusts (REITs) and Community Development Entities (CDEs). Most recently, Adam has focused his efforts on servicing clients that utilize New Markets, historic and low-income housing tax credits to subsidize the financing of real estate projects. He has also managed engagements as the external auditor for publicly traded companies and reported on internal controls over financial reporting as required by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). Education: B.A. – Government and Politics, University of Maryland.

Mr. Gibbons became Chairman of the Board in October, 2010. Since joining the company in 1999, Mr. Gibbons has overseen the acquisition, finance, leasing, development and management of over 8,000,000 square feet of award-winning mixed-use and revitalization projects with a value in excess of $1.2 billion. Major Greenberg Gibbons projects led by Mr. Gibbons include: Ground up development of Village at Waugh Chapel and Waugh Chapel Towne Centre in Anne Arundel County, MD The redevelopment of Hunt Valley Mall, now known as Hunt Valley Towne Centre in Baltimore County, MD Annapolis Towne Centre at Parole in Annapolis, MD Edgewater Village Center in Anne Arundel County, MD Woodmore Towne Centre in Prince George’s County, MD Towne Centre Laurel in Laurel, MD Foundry Row in Owings Mills, MD Prior to joining Greenberg Gibbons, he was a Partner and member of the management committee of Fedder and Garten, P.A., a Baltimore, Maryland law firm. Mr. Gibbons earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Sciences and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Maryland. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and serves on the boards of Sinai Hospital, Hospice of the Chesapeake, and the University of Maryland at Baltimore. In 2013, Mr. Gibbons received the Distinguished Citizens Award from the Boy Scouts of America’s Baltimore Chapter for exemplifying strong community leadership and personal integrity. Most recently, he was named to the State of Maryland’s Private Sector Economic Development Commission, a group formed to recommend strategies to help map the future growth of Maryland’s economy.

Paul R. Adkins is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT). He has overall responsibility for leasing, asset management, property management, government services and commercial development, as well as developing and executing strategies to expand investment opportunities, predominately regarding new development at existing Defense/IT locations. Paul joined the Company in November 2016. From 2011 until joining COPT, Paul served as Principal at The JBG Companies, a real estate investment and management firm. Before his tenure at The JBG Companies, he was Executive Vice President and Managing Director of the Washington, DC region for Grubb & Ellis Company from 2010–2011. Notably, Paul spent 21 years at CarrAmerica Realty Corporation (formerly NYSE: CRE) from 1982-2003 in Leasing, Acquisitions, Private Equity and ultimately President of Real Estate Services. Paul earned a B.A. in Economics from Bucknell University in 1981.

Mr Ernst Valery is a co-managing member of SAA | EVI and shares overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations and execution of SAA | EVI projects and relationships. Mr. Valery has successfully invested in and developed real estate in Maryland; Washington, D.C.; Pennsylvania; Virginia; California; and New York. For the past 16 years, he has been involved with development projects ranging from mixed-use, multi-tenant rental properties, single-family renovations and condominium conversions. Mr. Valery is the founder and president of SAA | EVI affiliate Ernst Valery Investments Corp. (EVI), a private, minority-owned real estate investment firm established in 2001. EVI invests in select underserved and undervalued key emerging domestic real estate markets, defined as urban transitional areas with high residential and retail demand. Mr. Valery has extensive experience in affordable and market rate housing development and investment, including providing due diligence capabilities and extensive skills in budget planning, design development, marketing, and the supervision and guidance of contractors, architects and engineers. He is responsible for the securing and structuring of financing, including expertise in securing Historic and New Markets tax credits. Mr. Valery is also active in social entrepreneurship and volunteer work, including a collaboration with a team of professionals and graduates from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Community Innovators Lab (MIT CoLab) as well as efforts at incubating businesses around the world that help alleviate poverty and increase the earning potential of low income individuals, families, and communities. Mr. Valery graduated from Columbia University’s Master of Science program in Real Estate Development. He also obtained a Master’s Degree in Policy Analysis and Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning with a concentration in International Relations, both from Cornell University. Ernst is also a Mel King Community Fellow at MITs CoLab.

As the President and Managing Partner of Pinkard Properties, Ms. Pinkard oversees the daily operations of the certified woman-owned firm, including leading the team for Asset and Property Management. Over the past several years, she has grown the firm from a start-up to a robust book of management, brokerage, development, and consulting clients. From local developers such as Caves Valley Partners, to large public companies such as Element Fleet Management, Ms. Pinkard has leveraged the firm’s talented and experienced staff to create lasting partnerships with major players in the Maryland real estate market. A strong proponent of giving back to the local community, she has also developed a niche providing brokerage, management, and consulting services to a host of nonprofit clients as well. Ms. Pinkard has efficiently managed significant capital planning and upgrades to large urban and suburban office and retail properties across the company’s footprint. An active member of CREW, BOMA, and NAIOP, she has developed extensive relationships within the industry to ensure that all clients receive top-of-the-line service using the latest information, technology, and strategies. Prior to founding Pinkard Properties, she worked at PNC Bank Wealth Management in asset management for high net worth and ultra high net worth investment management private clients, foundations, and institutions with accounts ranging from $1 million to $250 million. She worked to ensure accurate and timely service and reporting to all clients, while developing lasting relationships as a trusted advisor. While at PNC, Ms. Pinkard graduated from the American Bankers Associated National and Graduate Level Trust Schools. Ms. Pinkard holds an MBA from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School and a BA from Georgetown University. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in Maryland. Ms. Pinkard was named one of Baltimore's Leading Women by The Daily Record, named to the Daily Record’s VIP List: Successful Before 40, and won the Spirited Woman Rising at the Spirited Women of Baltimore Awards. Ms. Pinkard is currently the Chairwoman of the Homewood Museum Advisory Board and serves as Vice Chair of the board of the American Red Cross Greater Chesapeake Region.

With over 30 years’ experience in commercial real estate finance and investment, John has executed transactions with a market value in excess of several billion dollars. As President of MacKenzie Capital, LLC, John oversees the firm’s sourcing of debt and equity capital for local, regional, and national real estate owners, developers, and operators. Prior to joining MacKenzie in 2004, John was a Senior Vice President of Chicago-based Draper & Kramer Realty Advisors representing pension funds and high net worth individuals and associates in their direct real estate investment allocations. He also spent four years in the hospitality industry as an Executive Vice President of Finance for MHI Hotels, LLC and held the role of Chief Investment Officer for the AFL-CIO Building Investment Trust, a $4 billion open-ended commingled fund.

Jon M. Laria is a member of Ballard Spahr's Expanded Board, Managing Partner of the firm's Baltimore office, and a member of the firm's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council. He represents owners, developers, investors, and lenders in all types of commercial real estate transactions, including development, finance, acquisition, and leasing. Jon also has a leading land use and zoning practice and has provided counsel for some of Baltimore's most prominent development projects. Before becoming an attorney, he was employed by a major Baltimore-based developer, where he engaged in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Jon served on the Transition Teams for Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott and Comptroller Bill Henry. He chairs the Mayor's Bicycle Advisory Commission, charged by the mayor with promoting bicycling and other forms of micromobility as a safe and convenient form of transportation and recreation, and coordinating City agency implementation of the City's Bicycle Master Plan. He previously served as a mayoral appointee on Baltimore's Tax Policy Task Force and on the group that developed a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy for the City. Jon also co-chaired the Mayor's Safe Art Space Task Force, charged with recommending to the mayor ways to develop and sustain spaces that protect the safety of artists and patrons while meeting the logistical and technical needs of artists and audiences. Jon was appointed by the Baltimore City Health Commissioner to the Task Force on Drug Treatment Access and Neighborhood Relations, whose purpose was to facilitate the siting of necessary treatment facilities without causing undue burdens on local communities. In Baltimore County, Jon serves on the Blue Ribbon Commission on Ethics and Accountability, charged with reviewing county ethics laws and regulations. Jon was the founding Chair of the Maryland Sustainable Growth Commission, the successor to the State's Task Force on the Future for Growth and Development, which he also chaired. Created and enacted by the Maryland General Assembly, the Commission was charged with assessing and advising on the progress of state, regional, and local planning in achieving Maryland's economic growth, resource protection, and planning policy. Jon also served as a member of the Maryland Economic Development and Business Climate Commission, a joint commission appointed by the Maryland House Speaker and Senate President to examine the State's economic development structure and incentive programs, and to make recommendations to keep Maryland competitive in economic and private sector growth and prosperity. Jon co-chaired the Housing and Community Development Transition Team for former Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley and served on the governor's Transition Steering Committee. Nationally, Jon serves on the Futures Council for the Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, a panel of thought leaders who advise the Conservancy on its efforts to develop hiking and biking trails across the country, including the planned Greenway Trail Network in Baltimore. Jon is the Chair of the Baltimore City Chapter of the Maryland Building Industry Association (MBIA), a trade organization with more than 1,300 member firms. He is a founder of the Baltimore Development Workgroup, an affinity group of development professionals who work on real estate development issues and business climate in the City of Baltimore, and co-chaired the Partnership for Building Reuse, a joint project of the Urban Land Institute and the National Trust for Historic Preservation to maximize the productive re-use of existing buildings. Jon serves as an officer or member of many civic boards and organizations, including the Greater Baltimore Committee, a pre-eminent regional business organization, where he chairs the Transportation and Mobility Committee. He is vice-chair of Healthy Neighborhoods, Inc. and previously served as president of Live Baltimore, a nonprofit whose principal mission is the attraction of residents to Baltimore.
