Mike Gill serves as Chairman of Evergreen Advisors, LLC. Mike is a business leader with four decades of experience as an entrepreneur, a veteran of large technology firms, and a public servant. He was tapped by Governor Larry Hogan to lead the Maryland Department of Commerce in January 2015 and the led the department until 2019. Previously, Mike founded Hoyt Capital, an investment and advisory firm serving startups and growth companies. He also founded First Page, which was acquired by Metrocall; served as chairman of Curtis Engine, a Baltimore power generator company; and was chairman of Bluefire Security Technologies, a mobile cybersecurity developer, from 2006 to 2008. In 1981, Mike founded AMERICOM, a Baltimore-based provider of cellular products and services to businesses in the area. Under his leadership, AMERICOM expanded nationwide with more than 1,200 employees and annual revenue topping $70 million in 2000, when it was acquired by Solectron. Mike remained with the electronics manufacturer as a business development executive until 2003. Earlier in his career, he spent time in sales and marketing at IBM, as Director of Data Systems in the mid-Atlantic region for Ernst & Young, and with American Teleservices, the majority shareholder of Cellular One. Mike served on the University System of Maryland Board of Regents from 2004 to 2009, heading the audit committee and technology transfer and commercialization workgroup. His past and present board memberships also include the Calvert Hall Board of Trustees, Baltimore County Economic Development Commission, St. Joseph's Medical Center, Bay National Bank, and Towson University of Board of Visitors. He is also a member of the President's Advisory Board at Clemson University. Speaking Engagements Mike has delivered speeches and presentations to hundreds of organizations on topics such as entrepreneurship; innovation; economic development including the impact of education on economic development, the businesses effect on communities, and the importance of partnerships. Education Mike earned his B.S. in business administration from Towson University in 1974 after first attending Clemson University on a baseball scholarship. He was awarded an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree by Towson University in 1996.

P. David Bramble dedicates his time to sourcing transactions, financial structuring and overseeing project underwriting & execution. A corporate and real estate attorney by training, David brings a deep knowledge of all aspects of the real estate cycle. Prior to MCB, David served as the Director of commercial lending for a regionally based full-service lending firm, which he co-founded in 2000. Prior to devoting all his time to commercial real estate investment, David practiced law in the transactions group of a D.C.-based international law firm, where he provided corporate and real estate advisory services. His practice focused on complex workouts, primarily in the real estate and financial products space. David currently serves on the advisory board to the Brown School of Business and Leadership at Stevenson University and the Foundation Board of the Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital. David has also served on the Board of Directors of a federally chartered bank, served as a Commissioner on the Maryland racing commission as well as on the Boards of multiple real estate and non-real estate related charitable organizations. David received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, and an A.B. from Princeton University.

Judy Neff is co-owner and brewer at Checkerspot Brewing Company. The brewery is currently under construction, but should be by late spring 2018. She got her PhD in microbiology from Johns Hopkins and has been involved with craft beer in Baltimore for years. She is a Certified Cicerone (similar to a sommelier for beer) and co-founder of Baltimore Beer Babes, a women’s group focused on craft beer appreciation and education. After homebrewing for more than 12 years, she is very excited to turn her passion into a reality.

Scott Slosson serves as Chief Operating Officer for 28 Walker Development, a Baltimore based development company with a focus on smart urban infill development. 28 Walker Development is best known for its transformational redevelopments of former industrial sites into thriving commercial destinations including McHenry Row, Canton Crossing and the Collective at Canton. As Chief Operating Officer, Slosson oversees all aspects of development and asset management for 28 Walker Development. In Slosson’ s 13 years of development experience, he has been involved in the development and management of more than $450,000,000 of commercial development in Baltimore City. Slosson received his B.S from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland College Park. He later earned an MSRE from Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business.

Steve Wolf handles a large number of audit and review engagements and is also involved with providing tax compliance and strategic planning for clients of the firm. He is knowledgeable in a wide variety of industries, with a concentration in real estate, government contractors, restaurants and franchisor businesses. Outside of work, Steve is very involved in community service, as a board member and volunteer for multiple organizations. You can find him on the ice every Saturday morning between October and March, serving as a mentor and coach with Baltimore Area Special Hockey, an ice hockey program for both children and adults with a traumatic brain injury or intellectual disability such as Autism and Downs Syndrome. Alicia Wilson is the vice president for economic development at the Johns Hopkins University and Johns Hopkins Health System. She leads a core team driving Johns Hopkins’ strategy and initiatives as an anchor institution in and around Baltimore, and elevating and expanding the institutions commitment to the city through investments in economic and neighborhood development, health care, and education. Prior to joining Hopkins, she served as the senior vice president of impact investments and senior legal counsel for the Port Covington Development Team, where she was instrumental in securing a $660 million TIF for the $5.5 billion redevelopment. Wilson also held a partnership position at the law firm of Gordon Feinblatt for eight years. Wilson actively works with charitable organizations and was recently elected chair of the CollegeBound Foundation and, as such, is the first African American and youngest board chair in the 30-year history of the organization. She holds an undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, and a juris doctor from the University of Maryland Francis Key Carey School of Law.

Cedric Bobo is the CEO and Co-founder of Project Destined, a social impact vehicle that trains urban youth and military veterans to be owners and stakeholders in the communities in which they live, work and play. Prior to founding Project Destined, Cedric spent over 20 years as an investor and investment banker including over 10 years at The Carlyle Group where he committed over $2 Billion of equity capital. In 2015, Cedric was named to the “10 Top Powerful Black People on Wall Street You Should Know.” Prior to Carlyle, he worked at D.L.J. Merchant Banking (London) and McCown De Leeuw. He is the co-founder of Charter Board Partners, a non-profit focused on governance in the charter school sector. He also serves on the District of Columbia’s Office of Public Charter School Financing and Support Credit Committee and Beauvoir, The National Cathedral Elementary School. Cedric received his MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSME, summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee.

Mr. Gibbons became Chairman of the Board in October, 2010. Since joining the company in 1999, Mr. Gibbons has overseen the acquisition, finance, leasing, development and management of over 8,000,000 square feet of award-winning mixed-use and revitalization projects with a value in excess of $1.2 billion. Major Greenberg Gibbons projects led by Mr. Gibbons include: Ground up development of Village at Waugh Chapel and Waugh Chapel Towne Centre in Anne Arundel County, MD The redevelopment of Hunt Valley Mall, now known as Hunt Valley Towne Centre in Baltimore County, MD Annapolis Towne Centre at Parole in Annapolis, MD Edgewater Village Center in Anne Arundel County, MD Woodmore Towne Centre in Prince George’s County, MD Towne Centre Laurel in Laurel, MD Foundry Row in Owings Mills, MD Prior to joining Greenberg Gibbons, he was a Partner and member of the management committee of Fedder and Garten, P.A., a Baltimore, Maryland law firm. Mr. Gibbons earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Sciences and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Maryland. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and serves on the boards of Sinai Hospital, Hospice of the Chesapeake, and the University of Maryland at Baltimore. In 2013, Mr. Gibbons received the Distinguished Citizens Award from the Boy Scouts of America’s Baltimore Chapter for exemplifying strong community leadership and personal integrity. Most recently, he was named to the State of Maryland’s Private Sector Economic Development Commission, a group formed to recommend strategies to help map the future growth of Maryland’s economy.

Timothy Hogan is a 20-year veteran of the real estate industry, with specialized experience in financing, acquisition and disposition, and the redevelopment and repositioning of land assets. Founded in 1985, Hogan celebrated its 30th year in business in 2015, and is known as the pre-eminent land consulting, advisory, and brokerage firm in the State of Maryland. In addition to his responsibilities as President, Mr. Hogan manages Hogan’s land investment platform where Hogan acquires and develops for its own account and on behalf of its investors. Mr. Hogan supervises all land transactions, land acquisition and assemblage, supervision of zoning and entitlements, engineering and permitting, and budget management. His many land development projects span several real estate sectors to include residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, and mixed use, as well as affordable housing. Hogan acts as development manager on approximately 50 real estate development projects across 9 different jurisdictions in the Washington DC metro area and one residential PUD in the Carolinas. Mr. Hogan holds a B.S. in Finance from the RH Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland College Park where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was nominated as the Commencement Speaker. He is an active member of the Economic Club of Washington, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Maryland Building Industry Association (MBIA), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Mr. Hogan has been with Hogan since 1999. Prior to joining the Hogan, Mr. Hogan worked with Rodgers Consulting in Montgomery County, Maryland and Ridgecrest Investments in Frederick, Maryland.

Bill Struever is a visionary real estate pioneer who has spent his entire career finding creative ways to re-imagine urban properties. He has extensive experience in developing and evaluating economics of real estate transactions and ROI, preparing and evaluating financial proforma, public private partnerships, and funding and investment strategies. At Cross Street Partners, Mr. Struever is responsible for the company’s new business pipeline for real estate development and tax credit consulting services, sustainable construction practices, and strengthening public/ private relationships. In 1974 Mr. Struever founded a company that would become Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse (SBER). The nationally-acclaimed development, construction and property management company’s legacy was to adapt and reuse economically obsolete industrial buildings and reclaim under-productive urban brownfields. Struever has played a key role in sustainable development through his passion, creativity and commitment to rebuilding cities. In 2010 Mr. Struever wound down the operations of SBER and formed a new partnership with former executives, Cross Street Partners. Cross Street Partners has built on the legacy of SBER with a fresh focus on revitalizing urban neighborhoods around centers of innovation and entrepreneurship. Bill Struever was the driving force behind community revitalization efforts that bolstered entire neighborhoods and extended beyond individual projects. Struever played a key role in sustainable development through his passion, creativity and commitment to rebuilding cities. His vision is to lead the country in Green urban revitalization, setting new LEED certified standards for all new projects. Mr. Struever has received numerous awards for his business leadership and devotion to urban communities, education, the environment, and arts. Recently, he accepted the prestigious Urban Land Institutes’s Award of Excellence for the preservation and redevelopment of Clipper Mill in Baltimore, Maryland.

Owen joined MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC in 2019 as Vice President of Investment Sales, leading the firm’s investment sales team which specializes in the third-party acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets in the State of Maryland and surrounding region, and advises clients on investments strategies, value maximization, and stabilization. Prior to joining MacKenzie, Rouse was affiliated with Manekin, LLC of Columbia, MD. He was recruited in 1995 to unwind Manekin’s position in institutional joint ventures which ultimately gave rise to a boutique investment sales platform. As Director of Manekin’s Investment Services practice, Rouse represented clients in the purchase and sale of investment real estate, site selection and assemblage, underwriting, and structuring transactions. Rouse then assumed the position of Director of Brokerage overseeing 22 brokers across three offices. He finally shifted his role with Manekin to Capital Markets, identifying and structuring potential projects – and the venture partners to fund them – as well as playing an active role in the strategy and direction of the firm. Rouse is active with area nonprofits including the Advisory Council for Stevenson University where he is currently serving as President; and, Habitat for Humanity of the Chesapeake. He has also served as President of CORFAC International, a national/global network of commercial real estate services organizations and former President of the local chapter of National Association of Office and Industrial Properties.
